I've booked a movie ticket dated 12th June 4:15 pm show. Although my payment got deducted and was successful through UPI, I didn't receive any ticket confirmation email from PVR, nor did I receive any response upon submitting this issue to the PVR authorities.
Requesting a refund ASAP. attached are my payment details for reference. Please resolve this issue ASAP
