[Resolved] PVR Cinemas — quality of seats

I have watched "aapla manus" movie on 12th february in auditorium-03 of growel pvr goregaon-west, timing 10:30 pm. Seat nos were m-1 to 5. We observed that backrest of seats were not firm and it was difficult to sit comfortably. At the end of the movie because of this uncomfortable posture our back started paining.
