On the 1st August, 2023, We went to watch the Movie "Lets Get Married" at the Koramangala Nexus Mall PVR cinemas Bengaluru 6.35PM Show. We bought two tickets at the box office counter. We were asked to pay using UPI as their card machine was not working. When attempting to pay using Banks's UPI (Bank of India) the transaction was successful from our end, but the box office counter person said that they did not receive it and we were informed to pay once again. And this time the payment was done using ICICI UPI and the payment went successful. Since there were two debit done, we were informed that the first transaction would be reserved automatically, if not we were given a number of the local PVR cinemas person. We have been following up ever since and have raised a support incident by writing to [protected]@pvrcinemas.com and we have only been getting the updated that they are working on it but it has been nearly 20 days since the incident occurred and we have not got the money back. And the Customer support number keeps getting disconnected and they don't even call back if the call is disconnected. The ticket cost was 380 and we were asked to pay this twice.
