[Resolved] PVR Cinemas — Refund - no response from pvr

We went to a movie @ pvr last saturday in elements mall, bangalore. Before the movie completed there was some disturbance. Everyone from all theaters were asked to leave. No security guards or pvr employees were to be found. Word was passed around between audience to leave! I came back and wrote to pvr regarding a) how they handled the mini crisis and b) how to apply for a refund. They didn't bother to respond. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
