Dear sir I book the ticket in pvr cinemas in mbd mall, jalandhar-144001 nd the payment of transaction of Rs. 425.2 was succesfull from my account on 14.04.2018 11:01am but the ticket was not booked. The detail is as under Reference NO. for PVR cinemas transaction of Rs. 425.2 from A/c XXXXX on 14.07.2018 at 11:01 is IGADYTCEA2.
