Dear concerned,
I have booked a ticket from your vr punjab mall, mohali office, however my ticket was not booked and money was deducted from my account as i have made the payment from my card. When i demand for my money back, they just given me a slip and said that you'll receive your money soon. It's been 6 days today and i still haven't got my money back. When i called your duty manager (Mr. Divakar kumar) for this concern, he said that we have given you that slip, our job is done, now you have to check with banks that why haven't you receive your money. Never expected such a unprofessional reply from a brand like pvr, i am wondering why should i suffer because of your employees' or software's mistake while making payment. Still i contacted my bank and they are asking me to visit pvr cinemas for my concern. I really don't want to become a sandwich between pvr and bank, the only thing i want is my money back. I hope you guys will understand my problem and find appropriate solution for the same.
