[Resolved] PVR Cinemas — seat broken and excess bill

Seat provided was broken m 10 in audi 2. During interval sales woman didn't ask about butter topping in popcorns bought. But she herself put butter in all 3 tubs. When i ordered sandwich she herself put cheese slice without even being asked for. This is something that you people are only standing to make fool of others and nothing else. I am allergic to cheese. She didn't ask for it before putting it.

I kept my phone on chair were we use to keep cups but later I noticed that phone is not there I asked guards and all no one helping me and I know it was in audio only but no one helping
I even talked to security but he talked rudely with me and was not helping properly
