PVR Cinemas — Stop at the gate of Cinema and Prmomise to refund the money

Hi Everyone

We buy the ticket on 20/05/2023 for movie The Kerala Story at PVR Gaur City Greater Noida (Audi 02-Prime Seat No - M5, M6, M7, M8) - Order ID - GAUR[protected]

We have a infant so PVR manager stopped us to enter in the movie hall and promise the Refund of Ticket Value including Convenience Fees

But no money received till now

Kindly release our payment
