I have booked ticket with PVR Cinemas for 22 October 2022. The Ticket was booked on 20 October 2022 at 12 07pm. Though money got debited, I did not recieve the ticket both in the PVR app, from where i booked the ticket nor in my e-mail connected with that account. The transaction ID is[protected]. The payment was done through Slice Debit Card. Please find the payment proof in the attached screenshot.
