I, Rakshita Bansal, Company Secretay would like to bring to your notice that I had booked three tickets for the movie 83 in Forum sujana mall, kukatpally on 24th December which was scheduled for 25th December at 2.40pm.
The mode of payment was via gpay. Also, I hadn’t received any confirmation mail or msg from the cinemas post payment.
On 25th December when I reached the booking counter, I was denied my bookings. And due to poor network in that mall I couldnt open my payment page and get my bookings verified.
On the basis of verbal communication with the manager, I was asked to show my transaction id after which he could take some action. Simultaneously, then and there i booked another set of three tickets for next show at 4.15 in pvr cinemas panjagutta, but faced the same issue there. My hereby total of Rs. 1387.16 is blocked.
So, im hereby attaching you the screenshot of my payment to pvrcinemas and would request you to initiate my refund and would suggest that pvr cinemas should be responsible enough to tackle the matter and if the problem is due to portal or gateway issues then it should certainly not take bookings online. I have personally wasted my time and money behind pvr cinemas. I would like if you look into the matter on the urgent basis and refund me my money.
