Today 14 April 2022 at 10:21 AM two tickets for Dr Strange was booked The session expired and money was deducted from bank but tickets were never recieved or any notifications were given. Apr 18, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved Called customer care and also emailed the company, they replied stating that the money would be refunded PVR Cinemas customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Apr 18, 2022 Updated by Suhas Brad Money refunded

On 5th May 2022 booked 2tickers for kathu vakula rendu kadhal movie. During payment some error occurred and money was deducted from bank but tickets were never recieved or any notifications were given.
Please resolve the issue at the earliest and refund is needed for this
