PVR Cinemas — Transaction Complaint - Failed Transaction amount not credited

11.03.2022 - Booked snacks online in SPI Cinemas App for Rs.330/- by payment through net banking. Amount got debited from account but order has not been placed. When enquired it was informed that amount will be credited back to my account. But even after 15 days the amount is still not credited in my account.
Incident2
24.03.2022 - Booked 4 tickets for RRR movie for 6.15P.M. show on 26.03.2022 for Rs.711/- by payment through net banking. Amount got debited from account but seats were not blocked/confirmed and no booking message was received. This failed transaction amount is not credited back into my account.
I request you to take necessary action for the refund of the failed transaction amount 330+711=Rs.1041/-
