[Resolved] PVR Cinemas — Transaction problem

I booked tickets for the movie RRR on Sunday in PVR icon theatre from the app. during the transaction, the money got debited from my account, the Google pay transaction was shown as successful, but in the app it showed as transaction failed and tickets did not get booked. but money got transferred to pvr cinemas from my bank account. please look into it as soon as possible, either refund the money or give me tickets. HI, I have the same issue for same movie, but i booked today[protected] morning. After how many days of your transaction did you received your refund?

Refund! How ridiculous..how much they will refund. Who will be responsible for the time and money that I spent to watch the movie. Who will bear the other expenses. I hope consumer complaint service will take hard action against the pvr. Bcz they snatch the happiness of the people by these irresponsible and delay information.
