[Resolved]  PVR Cinemas — Unable to cancel tickets

I've booked 2 tickets for BTS Permission to Dance Live in PVR Icon Oberoi Mall Mumbai. I want to cancel them now. But I'm unable to do it in the app and website. Its showing as "Please try again later". Please help.
