Qatar Airways — Missing baggage

I have travelled from Dallas (QR730)- Doha (QR528)- Chennai, started on 08th May'22 and reached Chennai on 10th May'22. Our flight landed ~2:10AM and I waited at baggage counter No 3 for 70 minutes and one of the Qatar guy came and told me that my baggage is missing, after the last bag came through. It seems they missed 22 bags the previous day. They are not sure of where the baggage is meaning whether it is missing in Dallas or Doha. They have filed a complaint and told me that I would receive an email in one hour and gave me a landline number[protected] to call. At 9:30AM, I didn't receive any email/no response when I called landline number for 12 times between 9:30AM to 10AM on 10th May'22. The issue here is my brother's marriage is on Thursday and I need to give blazer and gifts to him (which are in missing baggage) and also I have to fly to Darjeeling on Thursday it self for which I need these items. I had to spent Rs 700 to reach Chennai central to travel to my hometown which is Nellore (230 KM from Chennai). I want this item to be delivered by Wednesday night at my home at any cost by Qatar whether it is speed delivery or some other way. As of now they (Arun) have responded (on call/not by email) that my baggage is already on flight from Dallas and reach Chennai on 11th May'22 early morning and from there it will reach Nellore on the same day. Also, they said I would be receiving a form where I can claim 50 USD as a claim. But when I checked their website the tag is QR316636 but the complaint is raised with QR316491 status as still under tracing but when I checked with them they said it is already on flight from Dallas. The reason I am initiating the complaint is if they don't deliver as confirmed/promised, it would be a huge loss and I want to initiate action against them.

Hello, did you have any much finding your baggage? They have now lost my bag as well and the Chennai staff aren't responsive.

Yes, I got the luggage in 2 days but I had to follow up and escalate a lot. Sign the form and they might give you landline line to contact for updates.
I have travelled from Vienna to Delhi through Doha on 12 Jan 2023. I reached Delhi on 13 Jan around 2:30 am. As I patiently waiting for my luggage it didn’t came.I directly went to report my delayed baggage. I was hoping that it will be traced within 24 hours and will be delivered to my hotel. Unfortunately it didn’t happened and still waiting for my baggage. i have had planned to leave Jaipur next day. I have to canceled it. So I try to contact them through email, WhatsApp and the number I got after I filed the report. But I am getting no response to my email and WhatsApp. I am urging Qatar airways to find my baggage as soon as possible. I am flying with this airways for the first time and It is an absolutely awful experience.
