Qatar Airways — Rude behaviour of ground staff

Dear Qatar Airways,

I would like to raise a formal complaint against your ground staff.They heckled me and my wife and threaten me at Mumbai airport. Employee name Rashid Khan ground staff Mumbai. Linkedin ID https://www.linkedin.com/in/mohd-rashid-khan-366b5a10b/.He threatened, heckled, and misbehaved with me and my wife for over baggage which we were ready to pay for. I have all detail of the conversations we had. Please let me know how can I escalate to the correct authority to make a formal complaint.

For information, I also informed your flight manager about my Qatar to Stockholm flight on the same day.
