    I have joined this business with referral to my trusted office collogue
    I have paid this money for software training not to purchase the product
    My office collogue & her senior member have offered me complimentary gifts instead of professional fees & purchased products on their own
    I don’t wanted to continue this business & applied for refund
    I did not receive any receipt of Indian portal purchased product till date as they wanted to conceal information even though I received refund itself.
    Even though refund applied within the timeline Q Net customer support rejected as I did not attached color copy valid ID
    Since as per Q NET Team mail communications my valid ID shared has not been considered, my registration is VOID. Still I do not understand why it is taking so long for a great company to arrange refund
    After several communications Q net support team has asked me to raised complaint with network integrity team

    I have submitted plenty evidences along with support mail communication on 5 th july 2021
    Still case is under investigation & not responded
    I had asked many queries regarding registration process, registered documents and availability of refund procedure (Global), confirmation regarding registration documents.
    Neither India support nor global support has bothered to answer my queries till date.

    Valid ID:
    Mail Communication
    Dated on 16.06.2021 by In Service “Muhammad Shahnaz”
    The person has clearly stated that my name is not matching with database. I should file new IDC concern with Government Valid ID
    My details are not matching as per Q Net policy requirement with Government valid ID data base
    If registration is incomplete where lies the question of my name to be registered in Q Net database?
    - Which is void
    Mail Communication
    In this e mail India support team had clearly stated that my signature is not matching with PAN card & suggested that I should file new request. I was again asked to fill up distribution form & acknowledgment letter with signature on second page. Further KYC status is still not confirmed yet

    Here I want to bring to your attention that none of the document is couriered or provided to Q Net by myself also I did not submit any cancelled cheque as mentioned in affidavit.
    • Till date I have not signed any P2P Contract except affidavit (E mail confirmation) before purchasing products
    • I was not directly involved in the registration process hence unaware about registration process & submitted registered documents.
    • Till date I have not logged on to my online portal for purchase of product as it was solely executed by my colleague & her senior team member - I am ignorant about the portal they have been using for buying goods.
    • as conveyed by IN Service” Mohammad Shehnaz” submitted ID is not matching with database requested to submit new 'Government Valid ID'
    • I had not been directly purchased goods (Global as well as INR) & completely unaware of return goods policy.
    • I have done cancellation of goods well within the time line (7days).
    • I couldn’t attach colored ID as refund policy was not introduced to me clearly & transparently also not informed to me during registration.
    • On 21 June 2021 I have received IR ID & Password itself which indicates that I have not logged on any portal or aware of online procedure.

        I joined this business with referral to my friend Upline. he haven't enclosed any information regarding the company and work. he and his uplines brain washed me and made me to pay around RS.400000. During welcome session they have enclosed few information but not completely and by that time I came to know I was trapped.I am in a deep stress and financial crisis also in my family.Like me more than thousand people's( loosed so far lakhs) brain wash and cheated by Qnet. Please take further actions to save the people life from this big and silent scam.

          Totally I gave 3 lacks rupees but they purchase 2.6 lacks rupees of qvi Q-breaks vacation package without my knowledge, balance 94 thousands rupees they take them personal use.

          The qvi Q-breaks products are never useful for me.It should be my choice where I should stay now, Q-breaks are not helpfull for me so I strongly recommend cancel my vacation package refund my money as soon as possible.

          This business totaly destroyed my life plese consider my request process as soon as possible

            My colleague introduced me to this business stating this is a global e commerce business without informing about this network marketing and business model. Also they did not say the company name instead they said infinity groups. They asked 3 Lakhs but I could not give it so I paid 2 Lakhs to them.
            Later they forced me to open another account as hot post and asked again 3 Lakhs. I paid 2.7 Lakhs by getting loan. Without my knowledge or asking they purchased a membership for foreign tourism. After knowing I said am not happy with the product I cant use it no use for me they said we have done in global site so only 7 days are their for refund. and again they are asking 14 thousand now as a TDS for paying these in Dollars.

            Also they are promoting non prescript Diabetics tablet saying its organic. It does not have proper ingredients details also

              I am Muthusamy Eniyan Sampath from Tamilnadu.I Started the business with the referral of (Elavarasan Poomalai) IN801013. While the referrer didn’t explain me fully about the business.i am not interested in this kind of business.
              I’m Working Abroad my upline explain to invest money only atten meeting & discussion. People buy products by online you get commission so I signed up. He ask my home mobile number every step follow my home number & purchased products via OTP. After that I inform to my upline know this business inform to my upline I cannot do this kind of business so please return to money.He said cannot refund if you want money refer other people.i call ti him many time no answer.i’m here work cannot focus facing lot of prolem & stressed.still I’m working Abroad I cannot contact my upline

              They done Pre - Planned to cheat & Trap to me. Bcaz I’m working Abroad so easy to cheat. My upline thought get commission only he cheat so many people fake words & commitments.

                  My friend/up-line(Ajith arasangam) inroduced me this business without giving any information of network marketing saying it is a E-commerce bussiness with 3 lacks of investment

                          My friend who has asked me to invest 5, 87, 950 INR in qnet to purchase a product and told me it's a way to start a fair business. He had taken 5, 87, 950INR from me and register with me with qnet.
                          My IR provided by qnet after registration is IN956179 & IN754310 (Hot Signup)
                          Purchase date from qnet - 26 June 2020 the date when my friend Elavarasan Poomalai (upline) singed up for me and purchased the product on without my knowledge. He has done all registration and purchase himself and took Rs.5, 87, 950 INR from me. I spent Rs 5, 87, 950/- INR for product purchase & Trip Saver Package also

                          I’m Working Abroad my upline explain to invest money only atten meeting & discussion. People buy products by online you get commission so I signed up. He ask my home mobile number every step follow my home number & purchased products via OTP. After that I inform to my upline know this business inform to my upline I cannot do this kind of business so please return to money.He said cannot refund if you want money refer other people.i call ti him many time no answer.i’m here work cannot focus facing lot of prolem & stressed.still I’m working Abroad I cannot contact my upline

                          They done Pre - Planned to cheat & Trap to me. Bcaz I’m working Abroad so easy to cheat & contact also. My upline thought get commission only he cheat so many people fake words & commitments.

                          It is disappointing to say that qnet and the uplines are cheating people with fake words & commitments about business. I am among the one who is cheated by my upline. I was told that it will be a online e-commerce job where I need to work in product sales among friends and known people. Instead I was asked to attend associations and meetings where there is no discussion on any product, market, sales but calling friends and invite them for meetings so that they also invest the money and make chain which is a pure scam as there is no product, market involved.

                          My upline has not been explained refund since company 30 day refund policy before signup.

                          So now I don't want there product,

                          I purchased a Products & travel/vacation package membership and now I don't want to be a member of that travel/vacation package so I want to cancel my membership so take a cancellation charge and cancel my membership is that simple but they are saying we can't cancel a return products & vacation /travel package membership.

                          Request you to take action against my upline and raise the REFUND of my money.

                            I was joined this business with referral to my friend Upline(IN 168586). he haven't enclosed any information regarding the company and work. He and his uplines brain washed me and made me to pay RS.4.20laks. During welcome session they have enclosed few information but not completely and by that time I came to know I was trapped. And i told them i was not interested in this kind of business. before that my upline IR id(IN168586) didn't give any proper knowledge to me about the business, Without my knowledge they gave purchased and they provided purchase details and IR Id after the Refund date. He purchased trip sever pack on 15.07.2021 (CU178872 and Silver Club Membership), but he sent me the bill on 23.07.2021, So I have requested for refund in qnet support centre on 06.08.2021. It costs totally USD 3600.00 (INR 2, 68, 416)actual price. Now I'm asking my friend to return back my money. He does not responded and he purposefully avoid my phone call an mail. Kindly help on getting my money back.
                            I never get that product still and only get product bill
                            I Never use that Product still now!
                            I am very trouble For loan, spend Money to Qnet...
                            And at this covid situation I have already lost my job and not in a position to tour the world using trip saver.

                            As per the “Consumer Protection Act, 2019” please consider my complaint and refund my amount

                              Dear All

                              Up to now 3 times I have posted my complaint but my concern was not yet resolved.

                              Find below, once again i registered my complaint briefly it is pertaining to complaint to QNET Company

                              Dear Sir/Madam
                              I have been made to invest in Qnet investment by giving improper/incorrect/incomplete knowledge of this company and its investment. I have been mis-leaded and misguided by Qnet executives.
                              During meeting and payment time with my up lines (Mrs. Sushma and Mr. Rammohan) they didn’t said Qnet business is a referral business, At that time I was not aware and they are misleading me.
                              After 20 days from my payment (INR 2, 46, 948 on[protected], I came to know it’s a referral business and I realized they are cheating me.
                              So for that I complaint to Qnet customer care but they are not rectified.
                              In Consumer complaints three times I applied as mentioned below date.
                              1) 12-NOV-2020
                              2) 08-DEC-2020
                              3) 09-JUN-2021

                              Around 11 months completed but my concern was not resolved, but it is showing as resolved.
                              Please help me to get money back from QNET Company.

                                  I recently started the business with the referral of my friend .While the referrer didn't explain me fully about the business and just now came to know the real business model. I am not interested in this kind of business.
