Hi,

My name is praveen Kumar(IR ID: IN548795).I was trapped my upline on June 2019.

My Upline (friend) Mr. Kalusalingam (IN939042) who is working in my company offering about the business opportunity to me. He asked 4 lakhs to do business and he told it’s a flipkart and amazon mode business and he not told anywhere MLM or network marketing.I told him I don’t have money. Then, he arranged the loan for me for 4 lakhs.Once I received the money I transfer the money to him by netbanking and Gpay.And he not told any where about the product of QVI silver club membership card which is he given to me. He taken my money and bought QVI silver membership card.
Package cost 2.5Lakhs and rest of the cost he taken away. Balance amount he not given proper consumption. And this qvi silver membership package my upline bought me without my concern. and i not used or tampered this product since purchase of this product. But I am paiding monthly EMI due to irresponsible upline.

    Stressed | Depressed | Raising complaint against qnet and requesting refund

    I have been misguided and cheated into qnet business by Sailesh shankar Ojha(Distributor ID - IN465083) and his uplines into this qnet fraud business.
    HE hasn't enclosed any information regarding the company and work. He and his up lines brainwashed me, came to my home and kept harassing till i made me to pay RS.600000(altogether). During the welcome session they have enclosed few information but not completely and by that time...

      Upline cheated me with wrong information

          I was recently 10months before joined in the business with refferal to my friend upline. He haven't enclosed any information regarding the company and work. My friend upline brain washed me and made me to pay Rs [ $USD 3010 ]. During welcome session they have enclosed few information but not completely and by the time I came to know i was trapped. so I have requested for refund in Qnet support team today (26 July 2021) and ordered/registered date ( 07 August 2020 & 08 August 2021 ). Also products that was not directly ordered by me and it was done by one of the team upline ( Top upline). It cost totally USD $3010. I haven't attended any training session and i am requesting you to refund full invested amount.

          As per Government law, Consumer Protection Act 1986 and Consumer Protection Act 2019.

                I was recently joined QNet months before with a referral to my friend upline. He hasn't enclosed any information regarding the company and the work. My friend upline brainwashed me and made me pay [$USD 2528]. During the welcome session, they have enclosed a few information but not completely, and by that time I came to know I was trapped. So I have requested a refund from the QNet support team today[26 July 2021] and ordered /registered date[10 July 2020]. Also, products that were not directly purchased by myself, it was done by one of the team uplines. It cost a total of rupees [Rs.187640.80] in Indian rupees. I haven't attended any training sessions and I'm requesting you to refund my fully invested amount.

                      My friend/upline Rajalingam IN884623 referred me to Qnet in the month of Aug 2018 and making a meeting with Karthik who forced me to invest
                      to invest the money in this Qnet MLM business but they never told me its is Qnet company. I asked them many times about company name but they never told untill i invested the money. They stated me that i will get regular income and i will change your life totally but it doesnot happened, i invested 250000 in my name FEROZ KHAN S IN913963 and also invested 200000 for my brother PRASANNA KUMAR IR908840 and 250000 for CHARLES IN369013. why because they told me that if we do split investment we will get double the income so investeded twice. totally 700000.Rajalingam provided a document to sign but he not even allowed to read the term and condition he forced to sign immediately.
                      He said if we you not signed immediately this business will go to other person, so i signed the document without reading anything.
                      He brain washed me and made me to pay RS: 450000 totally. So i have requested for refund in Qnet Support today (25-Jun-2021).
                      and ordered registered date is (10-Aug-2018). Also products that was not directly ordered by me and it was done by His team upline (top Upline). i am keep on asking my friend to return my Rs: 450000. but he is saying that go and complain to anyone your money will not be return. So, kindly please help me to getting my money back. also they made my friend to invested in this Qnet MLM business. Investment details below.

                            I started the business with QNET. During the onboarding process, I was not explained with the terms and conditions of the business transparently and properly. I was misguided and the company name was not even revealed to me till the end of the payment. The product purchased for me is not opted by me and was selected randomly by senior partner, without my knowledge and any intimation. Due to some personal reasons, this terms and conditions of Qnet is not OK for me and i will not be able to continue the business anymore. So help in cancellation of IRship get my refund as soon as possible without any deduction. I have sent an email for cancellation and refund within the stipulated timeline.

                                i was joined this business as on “16/aug/2019” with referral to my friend/ upline (upline “id: in688859, name: maniakandan m”).He has not enclosed any information regarding the company and work. My up line brain washed me and made me to pay rs150000inr, during joining they have enclosed few information but not completely and by that time. I came to know i was trapped. So, i have requested for refund to qnet support center as on 10.03.2020 (mail copy enclosed)

                                my purchase order no is dn55474944 dated: 16/aug/2019 23:31 (order mail copy enclosed).

                                Also, “product that was not directly ordered by me and it was done by one of my upline (upline id: in688859, name: maniakandan m)”

                                product cost is rs.133712 inr / (1870 usd).

                                “this product purchased without my knowledge by my upline.

                                That is way i don’t want this service and not satisfied also”.
                                I had totally mental distress after this event. I do not like to live this world. “truly i had tried to suicide also”.

                                Kindly look into my concern immediately and “cancel this service return to money on urgent basic”.
                                From my site, i had found some point against this cases. So, indian consumer law site screen attached for your better understanding.

                                Very kindly and request to please cancel the service and return to money to me… please please.
