Qnet — Cancellation of IRShip & Refund request from QNET

Dear Sir,

I have been made to invest in Qnet investment by giving improper, incorrect and incomplete knowledge of this company and its investment. I have been misled by QNET executives.
Without my knowledge they have purchased a virtual product, which is of no use to me.
During our meeting they have not told anything about QNET .They only told me that it’s a global E-commerce company like Amazon & Flipkart but later I came to knew that it’s a networking company.
Till my sign-up they have not told anything about QNET & its Networking system .
They have not explained the refund policy to me. The moment I came to know about the refund policy, I sent refund request mail to QNET. But they are denying it and saying that your refund policy period is over.
The investment was done in Dollars. Total investment is $ 4940.
The product is of no use to me and it’s a virtual product. Kindly help me in getting my refund.
Please take strict act against the company and refund my amount.
