[Resolved]  Qnet — delay in refund

I have raised the refund request to qnet on 4th August, it's already 10 days completed.in this 10 days they wasted many days by saying your case is in process and all. Today (14th August) after 10 days I got a mail which screenshot is attached that my refund is processed and the refund amount will be credited in my bank account within 30 working days. Now a days many e-commerce company are giving refund like flipkart and amazon but they maximum take 5 working days, then why Qnet is taking 30 working days to credit the amount in bank account? Also in initial time it's taking 10 days to process the refund case. I have to return my personal loan to bank before 25th August. So, take my case in priority and credit the amount in my bank account before 25th August.

I can't understand what is happening, I had submitted post here for Qnet on 14th of August regarding my refund, still they did not reply to me. Please try to understand, I have to repay my personal loan within this month only, else I have to bear huge loss only for Qnet. So kindly credit my account within 25 to 28 of August. My IR ID is IN626576.

Today is 23rd August, I have requested for the refund on urgent to repay my loan. I have to repay my loan within 31st August to avoid extra charges and EMIs. As, 31st August is holiday, and I need 1 day to complete the payment to bank, so kindly credit my account on 26th August so that I have that much time. 24th and 25th are weekend, and also bank holiday, so 2 days have been wasted here also.

I had told several times that I need my refund in my bank account within 29th August so that I can repay my loan to bank. Qnet team also told that they will process my refund on priority. Today is 28th August, I am still waiting for refund, the refund process was started from 4th August. Kindly credit my account within tomorrow i.e. 29th August'2019.

29th August is over, and my hope is going to over as well. You people doesn't understand someone's problem. Now when I get my refund tomorrow and when I go to bank for repay, just hopeless customer service of QNet. No ethics.

Another day has gone, and another weekend came, and another time I was told that my case has been escalated and will be credited shortly.
I don't know how many more days to follow-up. I am literally begging to you for my own money even in a tough time.
By the way, again an waiting for next week. Getting hopeless and helpless with Qnet policy.
