Qnet — Delayed in refund of money

I was made to invest a sum of Rs 4.54 lakhs in QNET by my upline. I was mislead into joining this business. Initially I was not informed about the name of the company. When I came to know the every detail of this business, I decided not to continue business as my conscience doesn't permitted. So I requested for refund of my money. Despite I did as per refund policy, it's been 1 year now, I request hasn't been resolved. Kindly do the needful.
