Hi,

I was recently joined this business with referral to my friend Upline (IR ID: IN714315 ). he haven't enclosed any information regarding the company and work. She and her uplines brain washed me and made me to pay RS.200000. During welcome session they have enclosed few information but not completely and by that time I came to know I was trapped. So I have requested for refund in qnet support today (20/MAY/2023) and ordered/registered date is (12/MAY/2023). Also products that was not directly ordered by me and it was done by one of her team upline (RANJITH). It costs totally (USD-2021). Now I'm asking my friend to return back my money. But he is saying except training amount (USD-2021) remaining amount Will be returned. I haven't attended any training and I need the complete (USD-2021) invested back. Kindly help on getting my money back.

my upline has been unresponsive to multiple communication attempts through calls, messages, and emails. This lack of communication has significantly hindered my ability to achieve my goals and complete my assigned tasks effectively.

      I was recently joined Qnet this business with referral to my friend Upline(IN590063). he haven't enclosed any information regarding the company and work. He and his uplines brain washed me and made me to pay RS.4, 20, 000. During welcome session they have enclosed few information but not completely said about that fully. By that time only I came to know that I was trapped. So I have requested for refund in qnet support ordered/registered date is (15/05/2024). Also products that was not directly ordered by me and it was done by one of his team upline (IN590063). It costs totally RS 4 .20 Lakhs INR actual price. Now I'm asking my friend to return back my money. But he is saying cant give the money., He is telling that Need to make the new logins then only you will get the salary., Totally this is unfair and it is making me mentally disturbed., Pls take necessary action and kindly refund the money.

        I am writing to express my serious concerns and dissatisfaction regarding the misguided information provided by your company, which has led to financial loss for both myself and my friends. We feel that we were misled into making decisions based on inaccurate or incomplete details, and we are now requesting an immediate refund for the amounts taken from us.

        We were all misled by the upline, who provided us with incorrect information, stating that QNET is an e-commerce company. However, after conducting further research, we discovered that it is actually a network marketing company, a fact that was never disclosed to us beforehand.

        Our PAN cards are linked to our QNET accounts, and we request that these be removed by completely deleting our accounts from the platform.

          We are writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the misguidance we received from friend SIVASUBRAMANIYAM (IR No: IN762285) during the initiation of my business with QNET. We are led to believe that the business model was different from what it actually is, and we feel that key information was deliberately withheld or misrepresented. The invoice was also given in the name of New Zealand country instead of India.
          We invested more than into this business based on the guidance provided by SIVASUBRAMANIYAM. Additionally, I incurred further expenses to participate in Zoom meetings and training sessions, which I believed were necessary for the success of the business. Unfortunately, it has become clear that I was not fully informed about the nature of the business or the risks involved, resulting in significant financial loss and personal setbacks.
          Given the misguidance and lack of transparency, I am requesting a full refund of ₹380, 000, as well as consideration for the extra expenses I incurred for Zoom meetings. I no longer wish to continue with this business under these circumstances.
          I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this matter to avoid further escalation

                      I am writing to formally request a refund for ₹1, 60, 000, which I paid upon joining a business under Distributor ID IM360222, referred by Ms. Yogeswari Natarajan (HM017503). I joined the business based on misleading information provided by Ms. Natarajan and her uplines, who failed to clearly explain the nature of the company and the work involved. Under their influence, I was persuaded to pay ₹1, 60, 000 without being fully informed.

                      During the welcome session, I realized that the information provided was incomplete, and at that point, I felt trapped. Consequently, I requested a refund from QNet support on 11th September 2024. My registration and the order were completed on 20th October 2023. However, I did not personally order any products; the order was placed by an upline from her team without my direct involvement or consent.

                      I initially requested a refund from Ms. Natarajan on 8th December 2023 but received no proper response. I followed up again on 9th August 2024, but there has still been no action taken on my request.

                      Since my registration on 20th October 2023, I have not engaged in any business activities or benefited from the products. Therefore, I am requesting a full refund of ₹1, 60, 000.

                      Please treat this letter as an official complaint and take appropriate steps to process my refund at the earliest.

                        My well known friend Prakashraj S (QNET IR number: IM098125) (Mobile Number +91 [protected]) was showing himself as becoming financially free using the WhatsApp status. Seeing that I called him and asked about it. He did not tell about anything regarding QNET or network marketing. But he exaggerated that he lives a live of financially free. Trusting him I said i am also looking for something to do in order to become financially free. After coming to know that I am also looking to do something in life to grow he miss used my intention with all his dramatic way of speaking. This was taught to him by his uplines because i was also taught the same.

                        whenever i ask him what is the business, he never said about that than i am today so happy because of this, it gave me life etc etc, He used my need and desire to become rich. SOLE BELIEF (i am ashamed) on him i said okay I will do.

                        He arranged a meeting with his upline Daniel. The drama to make me connected with him was so cinematic. They tried to prove me that he is very busy which is not exactly true because i came to know when they asked me to do the same to my friends. What ever they said in the meeting was, they showed me some products online and told me that i have to promote this with the means of info (information) and follow up. I literally understood that I have to Promote those Products and make them sold through which i will get commission. But latter once i joined I came to know that what they meant is not promotion of the product but the promotion of myself showing rich. if someone who is interested to know how i became rich i have to say that this business (INFO what they meant in my meeting) gave me this than saying about what exactly i am doing that is cheating the people who trust me and this is network marketing under QNET. If some people like me who are really looking to do something in life to become rich i have to choose and follow (follow up what they meant in my meeting) them to sign up.

                        At the end of meeting they told i have to invest to get distributor ship from the company. Believing that i paid 2.5L INR. suddenly one day Prakash called and said you have to choose a product for what you paid, without clearly understanding i attended the call of Daniel and he quickly choose the travel plan for me, To be frank i do not know what they are doing at all, because they were that quick and hurry enough.

                        They told me to read books and watch videos they gave as the procedure in the business. During the process i asked is it selling products they said no, but initially during my meeting they said promotion of the product, but here no. I too asked should i join people, they said no, our business is not like that but actually they asked me to do so latter.

                        I entered the meetings called welcome, induction, Grooming Session (Motivation session i could call or brain wash session), Sunday system (with the payment of 200 for online zoom meeting). Slowly i understood that it is collecting man power and making them cheated with the trust they have one me.

                        The answers they gave me for the product that they gave me is, compensation one time, by buying the product only i entered the business one time, (the point to be noted here is that the product is not chosen by me with my knowledge).

                        Since l invested money i could not come out just leaving and i don't want to do also (please understand the mental disturbance i underwent). They told golden position who can enjoy your business and asked me to make one person to join. One of my Friend who was suffering in life i convinced and made her to join. The same trust i used on her. Her name is Sinduja P (IM583819). She Paid 1.8L INR on the trust i gave.

                        But i started to study about this business because i did not feel comfortable. Then i came to know the truth that this is cheating people with the trust they have on me. So i decided to discontinue and requested them for the refund. They said my payment refund time is elapsed. the payment of my friend was done at the last moment.

                        My product is 2.4L INR (I paid) purchased in USD (2461 USD)which i did not use (its not that worth too)
                        Product of my Friend 176920 INR (I paid) which she did not receive and use it at all.

                            My friend Veera Surya (IR ID: IN977403) introduced me, Vijay S (IR ID: IM043415), to this business, describing it as an e-commerce venture requiring an investment of INR 3.5 lakhs, without providing any information about its network marketing nature.

                            Similarly, Gowsalya L (IR ID: IN836142) introduced Rangeela G (IR ID: IM333881) and Aishwarya Shanmugam (IR ID: IM043112) to this business, also describing it as an e-commerce venture. Rangeela G was asked to invest INR 4 lakhs, and Aishwarya was asked to invest INR 3 lakhs, again without any disclosure of its network marketing nature.

                            Additionally, the products were not directly ordered by us; they were ordered by members of their team, Nandhini Muniyappan and Augustin Selvakumar (top uplines). Although we are based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, the purchases were made using an address in Brunei, which is completely illegal.

                            Even when we questioned them about the nature of the business, pointing out that it did not seem to be an e-commerce venture, they insisted that we would achieve success and did not disclose the true business model until after the refund period had passed.

                            We are requesting that action be taken against the company and that our money be refunded.
