I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my enrollment through my Friend, where I was informed that the business was an e-commerce opportunity requiring an investment of ₹2, 82, 000, but the actual nature of the business was not clearly disclosed as network marketing despite my repeated questions during the process. I was assured of success without proper explanation, and only during the welcome session was partial information shared, by which time I realized I had been misled. I have already requested a refund through QNET, yet I have not received any product or service against the amount paid to date. I therefore request immediate cancellation of my IR ID, full refund of ₹2, 82, 000.

Requesting to take action again the company.

I am filing a complaint against QNET regarding IR ID IM949714 and Order No. DN76404455. I was misinformed about the nature of the business and invested ?2, 82, 000. I have not received any product or service and have been waiting for more than one month for a response to my cancellation and refund request. My father urgently requires surgery and is undergoing dialysis, my mother suffers from rheumatoid arthritis, and I am unemployed. I request immediate cancellation of my IR ID and order, along with a full refund of ?2, 82, 000.
