I am writing to file a complaint against QNet / Vihaan Direct Selling (India) Pvt. Ltd. regarding a refund that I applied for on January 30, 2025.
After multiple follow-ups, I received an email from their support team stating:

"Please be informed that further to your request on product refund, we have put your commission on hold. Your refund is under process, we will update you shortly."

Despite this confirmation, I have still not received any refund till date (as of May 16, 2025). This delay is highly unprofessional and has caused me significant stress and financial inconvenience.
I have tried reaching out via their support number: +91-[protected] and email: support.[protected]@qnetindia.in, but I have not received any satisfactory update or resolution.
Requested Resolution:
I request the consumer forum to take appropriate action and ensure that QNet processes my refund immediately. I also seek compensation for the delay and inconvenience caused.
