Qnet — no response from qnet india support regarding refund request

My name is RAJNI. My IR ID is IN579608. I had many times refund request of MYR 17290.00 ( Approx Rs. 310528 ) to Qnet support centre on 26th August 2019 and 27th August 2019.
I have not received any response from Qnet India ( Vihan Direct Selling Pvt Ltd.) regarding my refund request. Kindly look into the matter and resolve my issue.

Updated by Hukam3 But global support directed me to contact India support team for refund request. I am really frustrated to receive such kind of responses from global and India support team. I want to know who will take up my issue. Please provide me solution to resolve my issue as soon as possible.

It is brought to your kind notice that my refund request has been filed under case reference no CXN[protected]. I received E-mail from global support on 3 September, 2019 regarding my refund status which stated that my case received all the approvals needed for refund and it was at the final stage. I need money very urgently because my financial condition is not good.

Therefore you are requested to initiate my refund as soon as possible.
