Hi Team,
I was joined Qnet India as a distributor with the referral of known person, later after joining I was not interested and want to withdraw my membership and want to get the product refund. I submitted a refund request through the qnet India portal on March 15th 2025 and the request is acknowledged by support center India and asked the required details to initiate. I cancelled the products order at the time of delivery and they returned to the place where they have been sent (Vihaan Direct selling). Later they have been verified the products and sent the request to the finance team on April 10th 2025 to initiate and process the refund. Since then I am not getting proper response and the team is telling that the refund is getting delayed due to additional verification from the company as the company is changing the policies and there is no timeline of the refund request to process it and the refund is getting delayed.

I am following with India Support Center daily but the information about refund request is same and getting delayed day by day. This is the case and there is no clarity on refund request and there is no timeline or grace period that the refund amount will be processed and getting delayed that the days goes on. As I have some dependency and emergency I want the refund amount to be processed and complete the request as soon as possible.
I am Hoping and requesting to get the refund to be processed faster on priority basis and complete it as early as possible.
Kindly look into this matter and help to get the refund ASAP.
