Qnet — Refund not received even after 90 days

I have applied for refund of amount for the product which I cancelled on same day of payment made and also remind the company many times through emails and telephonically. When I got tired with their reply, I raised the issue with global support center and they replied me to contact to India Support Center and now when I again raised the issue with their India Support Center they told me to contact with Global Support Center. It is very much clear that company is willing to do fraud and not interested to resolve the issue. I am attaching herewith screenshot of all the correspondences made with them.
