The IR IDs of my sponsors are: IM193524 and IM049966

They did not fully explain the company and its business activities to me. I only learned the details of the company when I paid the amount of Rs. 270, 000. I was shocked to find out that the company is QNET, which is an MLM company. I am not willing to work for an MLM-based company.

My sponsors provided me with false assurances and misleading information. I am concerned about this.

I raised my concerns and after an hour of arguments, they agreed to refund my money. However, they deducted Rs. 5, 000 (charges) for the 3-4 days of discussion in a hotel and for some food. Purchase amount Rs. 2, 62, 160 and Rs 2860 was handed over to me on the spot, totaling Rs. 270, 000.

They informed me that the purchase amount of Rs. 262, 160 will be directly settled in my bank account within 7-10 days after raising the refund complaint in the QNET portal.

I also requested a refund at the QNET customer center on 19/7/2023.

Therefore, I request a refund of my money.

Some distributors cannot be trusted as they are only concerned with their own interests.

    My office colleague introduced me to this business withot any information of network marketting saying it is a E-commerce business with 2.7 Lakhs investment.

    Even I asked how to do this business, mentioned it will be informed in upcoming days, still mentioned it as E commerce business and can success in this business, didn't mention it until refund period

    Requesting to take action against the comapny nad kindly take steps to refund my amount.

    QNET customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Also attached the purchase and welcome email from QNET as reference where mentioned refund is possible within 30 days.
    Also I raised request to QNET services within 30 days of purchase.

      Qnet Upline misguided me with wrong info

      My friend/upline introduced me to this business without any information of network marketing, claiming it was only a development project business module with a 3Lakh investment.

      Even in the middle, I requested that this sort of business is not a project type of work, but he offered me false hope that he will get my money back what i have invested. Telling that there are 18+ MNC industries you will be a partner one among them, mentioning that they will register the industry in my name and i will be awarded money. He still insisted you'll have success and didn't tell me the business type until the refund time.

      He has not explained the Qnet Code of Ethics (Network Marketing)and has not been told about this business module or return policy.

      Please help me in obtaining the refunds, as these products are not worth the money.

      I have attached those e-mails which i have received and my personal details like address and phone number are hidden for my privacy.

      Requesting that legal action be taken against the firm(Qnet).

        1. We discussed the plan on June 20th around 3.00 - 4.00P.M - The discussion was about the upline profile we are here to train like that. But they didn't share any company profile and the nature of work we are going to do.
        2. By June 21st I had transferred 3.5lakh INR to my referral Mr.Muthu Ramanujam IN806987. He asked me take personal loan for this and later I have pledged my jewels for this business.
        3. By June 21st night I got an email to fill in the details for registration - I have shared those details with them
        4. By June 21st too night For purchase they didn't share me any purchase details available in the portal. By default we all usually love travel so we will opt for Vacation and travel we will send you an email for that and please acknowledge it. Until then I am not aware of any company details and the process
        5. On June 24th they started with Financial session, welcome session and so on.
        6. On June 25th they asked me to attend System
        7. On June 26th they asked me to update with goals, list, etc;
        8. On June 27th - 7th day only I got the login details from my referral with the email id credentials. There I come to know the purchase was made in USD. The Country name mentioned is Brunei not INDIA.
        9. Due to my health issues and back to back family issues I am informing my referral I could not continue my business journey. He convinced me to pursue the business further.
        10. Without my upline knowledge I have raised a refund request on Jul 6th through my personal email id then I raised through Qnet mail id on Jul 7th on Qnet Global Support for the refund. At that time only I come to know about how to approach people for business it's fully kind of trapping others.

        Please help me to get the refund ASAP

          Hi I am Asheer Ul Hameed, I got trap into this scam by my College Teacher. Whose name I don't want to mention. All the payment I have made to his account only. On 21st March. He called me in a cafe saying that I have one business opportunity. That time I was looking for business opportunity deliberately so I said yes. Firstly He said you have to invest 1, 80, 000 INR. I said this is impossible for me. He said I will help you you can pay me later. On that day i.e 21st March I paid him 5000/- INR. And after one month on March 31 I paid him 25000/- INR
          After that on May 08, I paid him 18, 500 and on May 31, I paid him 75, 000/- INR. As he was my teacher so I paid my whole year saving to him in hope that I will get some fruitful. But that fruit was very bitter. And he told that you have paid for 2 product which are:
          CHAIROS ALPINE NEO SS Watch for 59, 720/- INR
          And Kinnari Daisy for 88, 650/- INR
          The total was 1, 48, 370/- INR. I paid him 1, 23, 500/- INR. When I told I want to quit and want refund he make excuses try to convince and when my decision not change he spoke very rude. Said I owe you 24, 870/- pay me first

          I have spent all my year saving on this fraud company and person. Please help me to get my money back. I am helpless and also put this company in Blacklist so that no one will be trapped in future.

                I need a refund for silver membership on QNET. My Upline name is Gold Priya A. She didn't say anything about the network marketing and people adding. I was totally fooled by Gold Priya. I trust Gold Priya, But, she didn't say anything about this business. And, I don't know if a refund is possible in this process and I don't know about the product purchased and qnet, She asked for the 3 lacs as investement I gave to her. But, I don't know about the purchase. After a month, I have some health issues. So, I can't do business at that time. After six month, I started doing business. She gave me some books. I read it. After that she told me to add two partners for our business. How you only handle all the business. So, I tried to involve my best friend. She only told everything. Once, I understood the process of this business. I told her, I'm not interested in this business. please give me some money. She said that it's not possible. I tried as much as possible. But, she can't answer me. I don't know what to do.

                    Hello,

                    I come from a middle-class family. I have been deliberately deceived by Swetha Janakar (IR ID: IN712573). She convinced me to take a personal loan in order to join this business, promising that my situation would improve. Trusting her blindly, I transferred Rs. 2, 00, 000 to her IDFC FIRST Bank account ([protected]). She created an ID for me to join the business.

                    The person who referred me did not fully explain the business to me. Under the pretext of a business proposal bond, Swetha Janakar obtained my signature on judicial bonds of Rs. 50 and Rs. 100. Naively, I signed all the papers without realizing that they were meant for her protection in potential legal cases. I am genuinely not interested in this type of business model.

                    Swetha Janakar manipulated me and took advantage of my vulnerable situation, as I needed money for my sister's wedding. They did not even mention the company name until they received the money from me. Therefore, I kindly request you to consider this email as a plea for a refund and assistance in recovering my money as soon as possible.

                      Hi Qnet team

                      According to the Consumer Protection Act of 2019, if a customer is dissatisfied with a product, the amount must be refunded.
                      I am still filling out the KYC procedure.

                      Kindly refund my amount asap.

                      My upline introduced me to this business without any information about network marketing, saying it's an e-commerce business with Rs. 350000 in USD 4245.20 as an investment.

                      There was no proper response from Qnet customer service. One of the worst customer service experiences ever

                      Even in the middle, I asked that this type of business is not e-commerce, and still he insisted you'd get success and didn't tell me this business type until the refund period.

                      They misled us with the wrong information. Since day 1, I have asked about the real business of Q-Net. then only I know the real one. Now I am not interested in doing this business in Q-Net.

                        Cheating & joined in Qnet

                        No proper response from Qnet customer service. Once of the worst customer service ever seen.

                        I am mukul kumar, joined Qnet on 11-apr-23 My IR number is - IM601940. My upliner's name is - kamal rai (shanti devi ), IR number -IM613805 I had transferred Rs 1, 00, 000 into your personal savings account on different dates (07-Mar-23, 03 and 07-Apr-2023) in QNET business. After seeing the purchase receipt, I came to know that you purchased two virtual items for me without my consent worth USD910 (Rs 74, 775 - 1USD = 82.17INR - 11-Apr-2023) and kept the rest of the money Rs 25, 225 into your pocket. I am not interested in continuing this business after seeing the ED's action. AND do not try to tell me about bogus calculations like conversion charges. These are all your headaches. You are solely responsible to bear these conversion charges. Do not send me any books or anything related to QNET.

                        I hope you understand and do accordingly without failure at the said time.

                        Also, start trying to refund back my rest of the amount Rs 74, 775.

                          Hi Sir/Madam,

                          My referrer introduced me to this business on May 8, 2023 without any information of Network Marketing saying it's a E-commerce business on digital platform with Rs.2, 30, 000 as investment for registration of myself on Qnet portal and later for HOT position Rs.1, 80, 000 for my father.

                          Even in the middle I told them that i want to quit from this business and still they insisted to stick to the business you'll get success after 3-6 months of effort, hardwork.

                          After 30 days I have understood about real business of Q-Net then only I know their process. Now I am not interested to do this Q-net business but they telling me to stick to the business they didn't help me on the IR Cancellation process and threatening me that you'll not get back your money after Stake creation and registration completion.

                          Kindly, help me in the refund process on urgent basis(medical emergency) ASAP.

                          According to consumer protection act 2019, customer not satisfied in product, amount need to refund.

                          I got a mail from support team stating I need to communicate through my registered mail id which I'm not aware. My referrer Soundariya Soundarajan not disclosing the registered mail id and password but only I got the IR ID.
                          Kindly please consider this request and help me on this ASAP. I'm financially not well and also medical emergency.
