Qnet — refund not received till date

Dear team,

My self nitin prakash saraf, my ir id is in914316, attached are my purchase details and cancellation email received from qnet.

My procedure was completed on 31st july and i have submitted my bank details on that day, after that i have received email saying within 30 days i will receive refund amount but till date no amount has been credited in my account, i am continually following with support team but they are saying amount will get credited within these days.

Requesting to solve my complaint as early as possible because i am in urgent financial need, my mom is not wel also i have borrowed gold loan and i am paying interest of the same.

Kindly consider it as urgent and do the needful.
