Purchased a product from qnet for the purpose of doing business. But due to few personal concerns i will not be able to continue my irship. My friend did not say any terms and conditions regarding refund policy and also did not shown any legal agreement documents. I am unable to request refund during my refund period because they didn't told me about refund process till now. I get this information yesterday only from one of my friend.

My upline has purchased the following products without my knowledge....

I am sathish d, i am writing this with grief and helpless state.

1) got cheated on 21st june 2018, lost rs 242, 935 (239, 935+3000).
2) rs 239, 935 for silver vacation club m'ship and rs 3, 000 for beyoute dead sea minerals scrub
3) company name (Qnet) was kept secret by referral and his uplines (Ramarajan, udhay kumar) in thought that i would research and find fraudulent activities. Infinity was their company name but in real qnet, revealed it after payment.
4) arranged session in banglore in hotel for 2 days charged rs 5000. Sucheta saha and subodh gupta were main organizers.
5) reffer didn't share my password yet.
6) made me to attend online meeting in gotomeeting app for 30 days which is refund duration (After that i can't get refund as it is against qnet policy), during which they gave false hope and got their referral share.

Last three years before i got one call from my friend and he said now i am doing a big business like amazon, flip-kart and monthly turn over more than 5 crores and he make a continuous brain wash and showing a fake luxurious life so i believe him and i transfer 725000 lakhs amount to my friend, later only i am realize it is a mlm (Network marketing) and that guy said if you want get your money na you also ready to cheat 20 peoples, then i file a complaint in local police station, but i did not get proper response, please help me on this currently i am paying my emi (33000* 60) months

I have been made to invest qnet by giving improper /incorrect/incomplete knowledge in this company and i have been mis-leaded by your executives.

Please note without my knowledge they have purchased some product from qnet site.

And trust me they have not told anything about those products.

Also without my knowledge they have purchased the qvi with usd but i transferred the amount rs.260000 in inr value to my up line.

Still the date they don’t guide us what is the business. They give us the wrong commitment and i won’t sign any documents like kyc etc…they were filled and sent instead of me without my knowledge.

I have been cheated from a friend regarding qnet. He did not provide me the correct information and just told me to trust and join... After paying 2 lakhs i had a feeling that i was cheated because there was no such work given and i felt like i'm wasting my time. I have been facing here with my family for financial issues. Continue follow up for refund my money.
