I have been cheated from a friend regarding qnet. He did not provide me the correct information and just told me to trust and join... After paying 2 lakhs i had a feeling that i was cheated because there was no such work given and i felt like i'm wasting my time. I have been facing here with my family for financial issues. Continue follow up for refund my money.

I have been made to invest in qnet investment by giving incomplete knowledge of this company and its investment. I have been misled by your executives. Without my knowledge they have purchase. But he just did all the transaction on his behalf saying that "trust me, i am here". This line they always use to get the confidence of a person. Then i apply to loan & i sell the gold.

Please save the peoples from the such a qnet company.

One of my friend who has asked me to invest 1, 50, 000INR in qnet to purchase a product and told me it's a way to start a fair business. He had taken 1, 50, 000INR from me and register with me with qnet.
My IR provided by qnet after registration is IN564002
Purchase date from qnet - 13 Dec 2019 the date when my friend Suresh Kumar(upline ) singed up for me and purchased the product on without my knowledge. He has done all registration and purchase himself and took Rs.150000INR from me. I spent/made google pay of Rs 150000/- INR for product purchase
It is disappointing to say that qnet and the uplines are cheating people with fake words & commitments about business. I am among the one who is cheated by my upline. I was told that it will be a online e-commerce work from home job where I need to work in product sales among friends and known people. Instead I was asked to attend associations and meetings where there is no discussion on any product, market, sales but calling friends and invite them for meetings so that they also invest the money and make chain which is a pure scam as there is no product, market involved.

Further, I was not asked that what product I need at the time of registration and and QVI club membership was sold out to me. I got this product after 1 month of the purchase when I could not raise the refund. My upline wasted the time and money without informing me the product purchased in time and ended the discussion that they can’t help anymore in this matter and I have to pay the loan taken against this QVI product.
My upline has not been explained refund since company 30 day refund policy before signup.

So now I don't want there product,

I purchased a travel/vacation package membership and now I don't want to be a member of that travel/vacation package so I want to cancel my membership so take a cancellation charge and cancel my membership is that simple but they are saying we can't cancel a vacation /travel package membership.

Package: 4 days/ 3 nights
Period: 1 year from date of purchase
But I was checking the hotel website, for those package amount is $660(indian rupess 49315) but my upline purchased the product with INR.141000. and he was cheated amount is INR141000.

Request you to take action against my upline and raise the REFUND of my money.

I have been fooled by one of my close frnd. First he told me that this is a e commerce business and after paying my amount he used the name Qnet. Its completely unfair. Once i checked internet about qnet i came to know about scam. He had purchased products worth 3.5 lakhs of my cost in qnet. Then i asked the company for refund on june 18 2020. They told to return the products and i also sent them. They confirmed the product and proceded refund further. I gave my account details too. Then on july 18 2020 they sent me process is complete and it will take another 30 days for amount to be credited. They are not responding properly when i call them. They are not responding in a proper manner for my refund. I am in a medical emergency for my grandmother so i need it in couple of days. Why they take so much time duration for refund. Please i need it in a couple of days.

Because of a person who kept telling me many stories and pulled me into this. After joining only i realized it is a completely fraud company and i have been asking them refund from then.

They keep telling multiple reasons whenever i contact them but i have not received money yet. Please help me in getting my money back from this company.

My friend cheated me who is part of the QNET. She did not tell me the company name and she did not explained me about the business. She just ask me to trust her and she will take care of me. I just believed her and transfers the money Rs 230000.00( 2 lakh thirty thousand.) She ask me to write a dream diary and 500 contact numbers. I just followed her and did all whatever she said. Doing this activity 30 to 40 days are went for me. Then slowly slowy I came to know this is the MLM type business and I have to refer the people. I totally refused that because I can't able to cheat my frinet which she did for me. So I just break up her friendship and avoid her. Am not like to do that. I sent refun policy mail to Indian support team but they said the time line is crossed as per their policy. After that am in helpless I don't know how can get my money. I was searching so long today I got this message from one you tube channel that we can fila a complaint in this website. So that am writing this message.

I am unable to request refund during my refund period because they didn't told me about refund process till now. I get this information yesterday only from one of my friend.

My upline has purchased the following products without my knowledge. They said these products are compliments from company for your joining only after fund transfer of rs.265000.

1. Bronze vacation club member'ship + digital members brochure & resort directory.
2. Chairos diva (Ladies watch)
3. Chairos lynette watch

I need my refund for my three services mentioned above. I am not interested for these packages and i have not used anyone till date.

The following are also reasons for late refund request.

1. My upline misguided me regarding terms and conditions

2. My grand upline have purchased three trip savr services from qnet site without my knowledge.

I have taken loan for rs.265000 and given to my upline.

My pan card also attached for reference. Could you please process refund request for management approval.

I am in very critical situation without this money i am unable to survive, i have my wife and small kid. My parents are also very poor. I am in a position of suicide my self for this money loss. Without refund i am unable to survive. Now i don't have job also. Please escalate this issue and provide me the refund money.

The upline got INR 55, 000 from me.i got money from my friend., I have to return back. I dont know any basic details of the tripsavr pack and the expiration policy details... I got a email on3rd July about tripsavr.. Now I came to know through your global support customer care that cancellation period is 7 days. The people didn't tell me about the plan and cancel policy. I didn't use anything in that tripsavr pack .I already spoke to ur global support customer.. U can check the call recording.. I also recorded the call... Since I don't know the basic plan details and cancel policy.. Kindly cancel my qnet registeration.

I can start with this, i lost my mother's hard-earned 3, 00, 000 rs. (3 lac rupees) to some people by fraud under the name of qnet. I am not even from the middle-class indian family. My monthly salary is not even more than 30 thousand rupees, and even we as a family doesn't earn much. We are mainly the farmers, and you may know today's condition of farmers. This 3 lac rupees amount is a huge amount for us. We got cheated, and it feels like we have lost everything. Yes, 3 lac is a lot for us.

People are qnet distributor, and they took 3 lac from me.

The registration and purchase of products were not completed. After the final presentation on (25th june 2020), i did make the transaction from my account. However, before the registration could be completed, i decided not to go ahead with the business and hence raised a refund request.

So, from then they are telling me your money is safe and we will refund you soon. They asked me to send an email from my email id to net, but as my email id not registered with qnet, and qnet is asking me a distributor id which i don't have with me.

Now, it's been 20 days, this people now sending me some screenshot randomly and saying your refund in process, but i can't trust on them as they don't send the complete mail chain to me.

I asked for my ir id but they ignored me. They have switched off their phones. We are just talking on the telegram channel and they are saying to me my mone.

I am attaching the screenshot to verify if a refund really going on from qnet's end. If 30 days period gets over, i will not get my refund back.

I have sent money to some bank account (Attaching the receipt of the transaction), which they are saying that it is the sister company of vihaan direct.

When i asked qnet to verify it if the given communcation really going on, they are asking me for ir id, which i don't have, as distributor are not giving it to me. All the communication over email is now happening through there own email id, i am not sure why. I haven't purchase anything and they are not returning my money. They are saying that everything should happen in the process.

My freind approached me 8 months back i refused that time after that he was forcing me contiuosly and before 3 months i joined due to his compulsion and asked to pay 80k and they will give a product and u can start business. I have no interest in doing such jobs so i want refund and i cant waste one more persons money.
