I rise the complaint before one month, today I got mail from Qnet for send my self attested pancard documents, actually I don't need part of distribution in qnet, I need refund amount from Qnet, till now I don't get any call&mail for my refund, so kindly process my refund.

They told grace period are only 8 days date of purchase, but I get a dispatch date of product on after 2 months from date of purchase, and they told unable to process the refund...so kindly take action to get my refund...

Already it took 4 months time..but still it's not completed...so kindly help to clear my refund issues.
