My friend /P. Karthick Introduced this business without any information of Network Marketing saying it’s a E-commerce business with 3.5 lakhs as Investment.

Even in the middle I have asked that this type of business is not E-commerce and still he insisted you will get success and didn’t tell the business type until the refund period.

Without my knowledge they created a gmail id in my name and they send the invoice copy to that mail id. After checking the product purchase invoice only I realized that it was a planned scam.

I have not received any of the product till date from them, as mentioned in the mail the products are in their Malaysia office only.

Kindly help me out to get REFUND from this scam.

My friend Veera Surya (IR ID: IN977403) introduced me, Vijay S (IR ID: IM043415), to this business, describing it as an e-commerce venture requiring an investment of INR 3.5 lakhs, without providing any information about its network marketing nature.

Similarly, Gowsalya L (IR ID: IN836142) introduced Rangeela G (IR ID: IM333881) and Aishwarya Shanmugam (IR ID: IM043112) to this business, also describing it as an e-commerce venture. Rangeela G was asked to invest INR 4 lakhs, and Aishwarya was asked to invest INR 3 lakhs, again without any disclosure of its network marketing nature.

Additionally, the products were not directly ordered by us; they were ordered by members of their team, Nandhini Muniyappan and Augustin Selvakumar (top uplines). Although we are based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, the purchases were made using an address in Brunei, which is completely illegal.

Even when we questioned them about the nature of the business, pointing out that it did not seem to be an e-commerce venture, they insisted that we would achieve success and did not disclose the true business model until after the refund period had passed.

We are requesting that action be taken against the company and that our money be refunded.

I was joined this business with referral to my friend Upline U. SENTHIL KUMAR (IN609938). He haven't enclosed any information regarding the company and work. He and her uplines brain washed me and made me to pay RS: 6.5 Lakhs. During welcome session they have enclosed few information that only sales in online business you will get the communission but not completely and by that time I came to know I was trapped. So I have requested for refund in qnet support today (07-August-2024) and ordered/registered date is ( 5/2/2023 10:42:02 PM). Also products that was not directly ordered by me and it was done by one of her team upline (top Upine). Now I'm asking my friend to return back my money. But he is saying that there is no returned. I haven't attended any training and I need the complete RS. 6.5 Lakhs Amount invested back. Kindly help on getting my money back.

My friend joined me in this business on feb 5 but before that he took money from me by saying wishy-washy words. I also lost my trust in him. When I asked about this business, I am the only one. He asked me to read some books and read them again and again. In between I asked if it's like MLM. He said that you don't add anything. After one and a half months, he said that you should not add anything. Just like I added food, you will get profit only if you add people. He said that I can't. My upline misguided and lied about the business, saying that its ecommerce business and not network marketing or MLM.
He took 2.35 lakh on the name of registration in business.
On 19 april 2024, upline created my fake email id and registered me in qnet and ordered Chairos Crusader SS and CHAIROS Onyx LS without my knowledge.

Unfortunately, Mr mahesh had not told me about the company name, network marketing, MLM model and product or services. I am disappointed by the misinformation given to me and misleading me.
I was billed rupees 2 lakh 35 thousand, even after insisting a lot to refund my money back he registred me into this and bought these watches. which was not clearly explained where it will be used. and then I got the bills on fake mail (which details i took from him) next day about purchase of 2 watches worth Rs. 118, 120.00 and 108, 560.00. I am unaware where is the rest of the money from 2.35 lakh gone. I have immediately cancelled the products and applied for termination of my membership.

As the referrer had not told me about the company name and refund policy, I came across the name of the company and process, so I applied myself for refund through a mail on 20 April 2024.
Despite many attempts to call and mails the support is not giving the refund back, as per the company refund policy is 30 days, it's been already 47 days on 6 June 2024 after I have applied for refund, but still there is no refund received.
I don't want to be a part of this organization; I want my refund back as soon as possible.
I want to know why my refund is getting delayed.

To resolve the problem, I would appreciate you to help here to get my refund of 2 lakh 35 thousand to my own bank account, as earliest as possible. Enclosed are copies of my records.

I look forward to a resolution to my problem.

I was clearly not informed about the job process by Yuvashri Baskar (IN717178), I have no idea at the initial place on how to request for refund, and when I came to know about refund method it was too late, my upline provided me with incorrect business method while joining and i was only about the incorrect details on the date of joining only, before that i was only informed as this is an Business development Job and was never informed about the job, i was only informed that all details will be only provided once i joined and no clear details was provided. Recently I have started the business with the referral of my friend while the referrer have not fully explained the actual business model, and I am not interested in this type of business model.

I have invested 78669 INR but received product worth of 59720 INR with rest of the amount being said as for ocean training fee and for welcome camp by my upline. I have not attended any training or camp till now.
