Qnet — Urgent complaint regarding fraudulent induction into Network Marketing

I was misled into joining a business by my friend/upline who introduced it to me as an E-Commerce opportunity. I was not informed that it was a network marketing business. Despite raising my concerns midway, I was continuously assured of guaranteed success and strictly instructed not to disclose the nature of the business to anyone.

I invested ₹1, 65, 000 without being provided any details about the company, the refund policy, or the terms and conditions. I was given a fake email ID and phone number, due to which I could not access proper information or initiate a refund. I now realize I was deliberately deceived.

I am requesting immediate action to be taken against the company for misrepresentation, lack of transparency, and fraudulent practices. I also seek a full refund of my amount and strict investigation into the individuals involved in misleading consumers.
