    I am using connect broadband wifi connection from last 4 years at ludhiana. I had to face lots of problems with their service. I filed lots of complaints on customer care service phone about my wifi connection not working properly but no body had taken any action. One of customer care person suggested me to change the plan into higher plan. I changed the plan accordingly but still the problem was same. Another person came and he suggested to change the wifi router, I changed that also. No body had solved the problem from last one and half years. Every month I gave thousands of rupee but problem still persist.
    Three months back I gave written application to the connect service center regarding change of my broadband plan, but they forgot to forward that further as they told me when I asked them, and I had to pay 2500 for two months again as without my fault because of their negligence. Now they are again asking for bill for two months, even I didn't have network access in that months.

One connect agent (mobile no.[protected]) collected documents from me along Rs.1250 for installation of wifi but till date no connection is installed.         Hi,

        As per my previous mail your team don’t bother to reply about any complaint. I am trying to get resolve my issue against speed but they are unable to resolve this simple issue and blaming that company is not releasing speed.

        My complaint against speed issue is pending from 19th march 2016. And your people want to resolve it as per their convenient. That we can come into 10 to 6 only. Company is not releasing speed. Wires are disconnecting from behind. Servers are down etc. They knows only reconfiguration of router but nothing else and says this this problem will never come but problem still persist. This is actual issue.

        I lodge this complaint after many calls than i decided not to pay bill because when i am suffering of my work loss just because of you people than there is no reason to pay you because i am paying you monthly rental. The days i suffer you must compensate those from billing. But no the picture is totally different here.

        Today at 19th apr 2016. I called your customer care they said to call on complaint number, Than i made call again and person “Ishwar” pick my call i explained him the whole story and requested him to lodge complaint against over-billing charges. But he replied very arrogantly and refused to lodge my complaint that we doesn’t consider these kind of complaints. You must have to pay. I said how would i pay because this bill was late because of your technical department’s mistake. But he totally refused to lodge my complaint and talked in very arrogant manner. This is totally not acceptable at all because i am paying for you people for services and these kind of services nobody want.

        Than i again made call to that number which i was having the technical department number they said to again call in billing department they’ll only lodge complaint against billing. But this time again person named “Rajat” pick my call and refused to lodge complaint but after communication he lodge my complaint here is the “Complaint Number 12220303”

        Now the my concern is very simple. My last bill was late just because of your people’s mistake. They were very casual to resolve my issue. After so many mail exchanged finally they came to resolve and said sir reconfiguration is done if still problem persist you please call to direct don’t complaint first call me here but why would i call the person when i cam having connection from the company. But i ignored that some time speed is acceptable but after see this kind of behavior now i am saying i was wrong this is totally not acceptable at all.

        You must have to resolve my issue against speed or i’ll disconnect my connection and you’ll be totally responsible for this disconnection.
        And about this April month’s bill you have added late payment charges. I’ll not pay any single penny to you people. My bill is 853 per month i’ll only pay that if you agree other wise disconnection is ready and make my refundable amount ready. I won’t bear any more loss of my work. Either i’ll file case against you people in Consumer Court if you’ll make me harass. You have to understand nobody is here to pay you for free. We are paying for monthly services only. If services are not here than don’t expect money. And this monthly billed amount you are charging is in advance for the month not after the month then there is no mean to pay any late bill payment. And you have to understand i’ll not pay any single penny extra to you people if still extra bill will generated i’ll definitely take this matter to the consumer court.
        I requested few months back to send me physical copy of bill i don’t want it to be on my email. I want bill in my hand. But as usual everything was ignored. Now I want my bill’s physical copy at my home address.

        When it you want to get new connection then your team represents in very polite manner but when it comes to problem then nobody ready to listening even executive people’s tone is totally different.

        Hope for solution of my problem with you as soon as possible or i’ll disconnect connect my connection.

          I want to inform u that i am oldest customer o[censored]r land line phone no [protected] . Last month, i send my person to ur office for disconnect my phone but ur man at the counter did not receive my letter three times . Then after a month i went there & met with jasmine& surinder . They guide me to deposit 2000rs out of 4600rs & do not disconnect and keep continue at plan of 599rs. They also give me written to waive off balance 2600rs .& clear upto 28 march 2016 as non usage rebate
          Now today ., they are not even posted my request of new plan 599rs .As they committed last time ur plan starts from 15 march 2016 but today they are saying that it starts from 16 april 2016 .I am ready to pay 700rs as they was committed last time.
          At last, i am not interested to continue the connection where such person are exploiting the consumer .So please look into the matter and order them to resolve it.
          Further, i also told this disscussion to the man who is calling me from mohali office for deposit of bill . He was saying to tell the ludhiana office to talk at mohali office as i was giving remarks in ur account but they were not ready to talk at mohali. So, i again request u to solve my problem

            Sir i want to disconnect the broadband connection of connect but the l:ocal office member is not taking any action in my complaint. I told him from last month that i don't want this broadband connection. Please take some serious action against him. I visit 10-15 times his local branch. Calls 25-40 times. But still i have a connection. Please take serious action against connect...

            A connectionof broadband wireline was installed in my house in november 2014 with promise that after one months use i shall be charges a rent of rs.299/- per month, but from the next month i started getting bill for rs.699/- per month.
            I asked the sales man who had given me the connection and then the company office at amritsar for rectification of the bill but the sales man showed his helplessness saying the company did not listen, and no one at the company listened to me.So i did not pay the bill asthe bill was wrong.I asked them to close the connection, but they refused to listen or take a letter from me.
            Then on 2.4.2015 a person from the company came and offered to settle the inflated bill and change the paln as promised. He took a cheque for rs.666/- from me as settlement money with a promise that the monthly rental will be rs.299 pm wef 1.4.2015.The connection had been disconnected and it was revived on[protected].
            But next month the same rs.699 pm bill came.And despite a settlement old balance had also been added in the bill. I again appraoched the company office but no one listened till in the month of may they midway changed the plan to 299/- pm but old bills were @699/- per month.They however disconneted the connection in june 2015.
            Then again a settlement man from the company came to me and after being satisfied with my contention he agreed to an amount of rs.505/- to be paid by me and future billing @ 299/- pm.But the connection had been disconnected and despite my complaints to the company it was never revived.
            Now the company is asking for bill for the period during which the connection was disconnected, and there was no usage of the connection.
            It is high handedness on the part of the company and they occassionally call me for payment of bills.
            It is my request that the company be asked to stop harrasing me for a service which i have never used and stop this harrasment.

              Hello sir
              I am using connect internet for my business purpose many years. but now i am not happy with services of broadband internet. In February, 2016, my telephone and internet was not work properly then i complaint to customers care number on 11th February, 2016 but nothing happen then finally on 21st February, i complaint and next day my complaint has been solved. I requested to customers care for fee waivers. they refused to give fee waivers. In march month, i have not pay bill due to tortured of internet connection. they have stop my telephone outgoing services at end i pay bills but nothing happen my internet is not working and in my business, due to bad internet services, there are loss of money Rs.5000/- per day i am request to solve this problem.

                I am using connect broadband service from one year and till now I have complained for worst service many times. Every time customer care executive told me that they will resolve the issue within 4 hours and they never resolved it in such time leriod . Actually they took at least 3-4 days to resolve the issie . Now I am frustrated with the connect service and want to change my broadband to another company. I have called the customer care executive on yesterday and till now no response has been received from connect. Are 4 hrs of connect equal to 4 days ???

                  Dear Sir,

                  I am using the landline and broadband services of connect from last two years, I have shifted my office last month, due to that I have requested local connect office to shift my connect phone no. They accept my request and also charge rs. 300 on account of shifting charges. I requested on 5th march, they commited me to shift the number till 10th March 2016. I called them on 15th march to know the status, but they said they are unable to shift the phone, because they dont have vacant port. Today again I call them to ask the status, again the refuse to shift it, I asked them to disconnect the phone, they are forcing me to pay the bill for the cycle I havent use their services, and also I have requested them to shift it. Now they are threating me that if I wont pay the bill, they will register a complaint against me. They have harrashed me by not shifting my phone in 17 days, nd still they are not sure about the date, and also forcing me to pay the bill immediately, the last date of this bill is 28th march. I am running a coaching institute, at time of exams of my students I have to access internet to download study material for my students, but due to the negligence of connect co. I failed to do my work.

                    Despite the dsl cable broadband of 1mbps, i hardly get 700+ kbps of bandwidth when tested with speedtest.net, Moreover the customer service is not as it used to be in the starting, Thanks to the careless and arrogant nature of the dealer here at FZR, PUNJAB . He is horribly multitalented poor guy who keeps a pet shop, a mobile telecom service provider and this connect internet all at the same place and yes thus fails to provide proper maintenance of the CONNECT .. MY complaints have been ignored many times and forcibly closed each single time, and internet remains closed over a couple of days and no rebate is provided as well ...
                    AND EACH SINGLE TIME WHEN I HAVE TO USE THE INTERNET, THE DSL LIGHT GOES OFF EVERY SINGLE TIME, SO DAMN IRRITATING

                      Here is issue with broadband internet new connection . a connect Representative came named Ashish Arun and give me a new connection in INR1600 with all installation included on Date 9th Jan 2016 and he told me installation will be done in 2-3 days but after 3-4 days no go.. then i told to that person he said for wait for weeks.. after waiting some weeks i called in CONNECT customer care on [protected] then i talked with connect person after Giving him Sr no -- SR2787292
                      then he told me that on your loaction DP or Preset not ok so pls go connect office and collect your refund. then i went connect office situated in sector 47 c chandigarh then after discussing with care person she told me refund will be provided after 2 feb 2016 but still no confirmation from connect office so i again went to sector 47 c connect office then i meet with care person Sushil after asking for my Refund he refered my query to Mr. Dinesh. now I talked with Mr Dinesh he told Who came to my location for new connection named ASHISH ARUN was his employee. He did not submit your payment. but when i told to Mr Dinesh my SR no. then he checked my Detail and found Preset not ok ..here is one thing .. MY all details already Mentioned in His system but he told me Ashish did not submit payment. so suspected thing is my Details regarding for new connection is there but payment is no there.. SO that person told me here is no way to refund your money. so i requesting to you pls do a needful effort against connect ..and help me getting my refund

                      I'm having same troubles with connect.worst connection.no customer care service
                      Dear Sir,
                      I wanted a landline Connect internet connection.A rep of Connect, Mr Kumar Utsav visited my house on 03 Mar 2016 and charged me Rs. 1140 for a new connection . I was promised that the instalation will be completed within
                      2-3 days.But nothing happened. After waiting for ten days i approached their sector 47 C office where iwas told to
                      further approach Connect 35C office.But all in vain.My application No is 2124032 dt 03 Mar 16.Subsequently i was told that i will get a refund which is still awaited.
                      With warmest regards and sincere hopes i am waiting for the refund of my money which the Connect extracted from me within five minutes of signing the application form but is taking months to refund.

                          Before applying connection for broadband, i think that connect is private company and it serves good service but unfortunately after applying connection, service it self speaks about quality when they took 5 days for installation of connection. They don't have value of customer time. Staff don't have sense of speaking to customer.Every time they gave me false information. They it self don't have any idea, how much time they need for completion of process. So i request you guys don't go for connect . Find another good company who will provide you good service. Beware from this cheap company like " connect".

                                I have paid the bill every month and i have paid the bill of 1st January 2016 but the company said i do not paid the bill and they cut the connection . I showed them bill paid Slip but they did not do anything and my connection was on and next month in February the bill comes in double amount and with fine

                                  Hello Sir,

                                  I am using broadband from 1+ year. Few of the month back my wifi device is getting hacked and all data used by someone. I have raised the complaint and engineer visit at my location and troubleshoot.
                                  He update framework but problem persisit. He tried number of time to reset it but not work and after few days he change the device. On that time period i suffer in my work and not use the internet service.
                                  Approx one month my work suffer according to law and engineer commitment we are getting waiver for that time period but from local office it not be submitted.

                                  When i visit there he told me that mail sent.

                                  Now problem is that money is getting increase because late fees added and my connection getting barred number of time.

                                  Local office active the number temperory but it work only 2 days and again barred. Few day back i have talk again to local office and settle the payment as disscuss other he told waived out. But still it is pending and my connection is barred. No connect team give me proper answer and no support getting from them...

                                    Connect agents visit daily at our locality for installation of Connect broadband. I wanted to install connect broadband looking into good pack being provided. The head of the company at Ludhiana Mr Mukesh and his Team told me his agent will visit my home and collect money and the agent came and I paid 1140 and was promised installation will be done in 2-3 days. After regular follow up since 3 weeks I was told 4-5 days back all lines are occupied here and no line is available and you will get DD and till date no communication of getting payment back.CAF number provided to me was 2799329. Total harassment and looks like I have to go to consumer court to teach these freaks a lesson.

                                      I complainted more than 20 times as my internet is not working but there is no response from your side. The customer care is dump and do nothing to your satisfaction. No technician is visiting. I am thinking like changing the service provider and switch to airtel.
                                      Quadrant Televentures / ConnectZone.in / Connect Broadband customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      worst internet connection. Customer care does not know anything and if you ask for something they will say they are not authorized to do that. No technician visit you place after repeated complaints. How they are gonna take India to the international level. They made me feel like stupid calling them again and again. The seniors do not talk to you. May be they are scared of customers.
