I had disconnect my connect number[protected] on 20th July. I had paid total Rs.760/- towards full & final payment. Rs.571/- for last month bill and Rs. 189/- for July 16 - July 20.

I am asking for invoice from the connect on mail & call but they are not providing me the same.

I also submitted the equipment at their end for which I had paid Rs.1000/- at the time of installation.

This is in response to your complaint in which you had mentioned regarding bill, sir on the day you had posted your complaint on our customer care mail id, we had informed you that your full n final amount will be send to you once last bill will be generated & it takes 60 days post filing your disconnection request.
