      This is to inform that i had requested for disconnection of my Connect FTTV and their associate Navraj ([protected]) had taken the modem and wire on 30th September 2020. I have also paid the balance of 575 rs as of this day. Please consider the account closed. The amount of 189 rs should not be applicable to me since the modem and wire had already been recieved by your executive on 30th September.

                  I am not sure how to deal with such isp, i am suffering with there poor service (Slow speed) i raised multiple complaint regarding this. But could not see any improvement. I have raised this for dissconnection as well but they are not dissconnting too. Most of the complaint gets closed with out any technician visit. Could you please help if i can dissccont the service.                     Hi Sir/Madam,
                    I have been asking the Connect customer care about disconnecting my broadband connection[protected] but never got the connection disconnected. I need the security deposit for the Router if Connect team wants it back otherwise I won't. Last time when I asked them, they told me that amount will not be reversed and can't have the Router as well.

                      I used connect broadband for a while in my office and got it disconnected properly while i was shifting my office from that location.

                      I surrendered the modem and charger at their office. Also, paid the bill as per their calculations at the same time online and got a receipt of the same.

                      I have paid the landline bill through paytm. But i have paid the bill twice for the same landline number. Both the payment are showing success. So i want to know whether my payment will be credited back into my paytm wallet or connect broadband company will adjust the payment in next month bill??                             I wish to inform you that i have send a mail to disconnect my connect broadband no 5054620 on 14 oct 2019 and connect broadband accepted that but in december started asking bill due of rs 535 so i payed that bill on 18 december 2019 and also reply them that i have payed your bill but connect broadband doesnt reply to that mail and sending me messages that a complaint under section 62 is registered against me but i have payed all dues of rs 535 so please help me and take action against connect broadband company the neither reply nor pick any call just keep sending bill my connection was disconnected in october but still they ask for money which i give this is strictly not not acceptable.

                              I've logged complaint regrading disconnection of my broadband. It's been 2 months now but no one acknowledged my complaint. I have called on their customer care number but they didn't respond back. I mailed them regarding the issue and they didn't revert back. Also, they're charging me every single month but the wifi is off from few months. Please take my suggestions favourably as I am so annoyed with this network and their worst customer care services.

                                This complaint is again connect broadband chandigarh. I was a user of connect broadband services from 2016 to october 2019 in october i have surrender my connection and clear all. My dues and shifted to jio broadband my connect no was [protected]
                                But suddenly on december 9 2019 connetterti started sending me fake and unnecessary sms regarding non bill payment of connect no which is not mine the connect no mention in their sms was [protected]. Which is some body else not mine so pls take strict action against them i have also called them and mailed them regarding this issue but no answer from their end i have attached a photo of their sms for your ready reference
