Hello every one! I recently registered CONNECT broadband connection last month. Their executive told me speed up to 8 Mbps as described in their online tariffs at www.ConnectCare.in and I was told that at-least i will get 7 Mbps, even at peak time. Although their speed is good & more than 7 Mbps but at peak time, speed falls below 8 Mbps and I want dedicated 8 Mbps or above speed. Ii will request CONNECT technical team to please provide higher speed options in sector-45 A chandigarh.

    Sir, yesterday 11/11/2016 i paid 1034/- rupees of my connect broadband bill ([protected]) through my HDFC internet banking but my transaction failed at last and my amount 1034/- rupees deduct from my HDFC BANK account.According to my bank account statement transaction id is[protected].so please sir check your system and do my transaction successfull.Thanks

      Hey,

      My internet was not working in july for 10 days. So i register a request for deduct amount of 10 days in next bill. But my bill was not deducted in next bill.
      I have requested 3-4 time for deduction of amount. But they did not approve my request.
      Till now my internet bill in coming rs.[protected], even my internet plan is rs800 per month. It's my 3th or 4th month to pay regular overamount bill.

      Now i want cut my internet connection, but they told that clear your previous balance after that proceed.

      But why should i pay 10 days amounts, even that 10 days my internet was not working.

        Fraud by connect zone
        Company like connect zone is looting customers by sending their non technical sales boys. They offered us 750 per month and get attractive internet with unlimited calls etc etc. My wife trapped in their fraud offers. They told that they will charge rs 600 initial and 750/month as monthly rent. She said ok. They come n fitted get their 600. Show her see internet is connected. It connected for a while. In evening as i came from my office. Checked no signal was there. Informed them. After 2-3 reminder, one of technical guy came n said any fool person offered you in this area. There is no signal for connect here. We were surprised. We asked them to give our money back. But n response. After month they raised a bill. We asked them p[ick ur hardware n give our money back. After their reminder, they started threatening my wife again n again. Last week, they threat her and they will sue her in court and u have to pay there 30000 etc etc or u submit 1600 immediately within one hour. She tried to contact me but by chance i couldnot be contacted. So she had no other way but to deposit 1600.

        Now, plz tell us is there any fault o[censored]s. I[censored] r coming at my home to offer n fit then why i go to ur shop to deposit ur hardware or surrender there. A customer no such extra time. Even today there is no signal in our area.

        Wish to sue them in court now. Can anybody help me the procedure….

            I have made numerous complaints at your customer care to resolve the problem of discontinuation of internet from the last two weeks but I haven't received any positive feedback or solution to resolve my broadband connection as soon as possible because due to company's poor service I have suffered lot of loss in my work.

              My self Atul Jain Connect user no.[protected], fully Disappointed with poor service 5 to 8 days net disconnected and no problem solving, no waiver after request, and Dp is hanging in road its broken after telling to customer care and local office no problem solved, after calling to customer care even no response from there and company charging high plans rate for this poor service so its a request to disconnect my connection and do full & final.
              even they are not giving me waiver for those days in which service is not in working

                I have wifi internet plan of 699 i.e. i pay around 870 per month to connect for providing me this service in which they promise to give 1 MBPS speed for first 10 GB followed by reduced speed of 512 kbps. This company is a number 1 bandwidth stealer. This is an every month's issue. I have extremely narrow bandwidth usage without any downloads apart from webpage download part. Before upgrading my plan from 5GB data limit to 10 GB data limit, my 5 GB data used to exceed after 10 days, but now, even with 10 GB data limit, my 10 GB data exceeds in 10 days, without having changed my internet habits. Thereafter, my internet speed should be 512 kbps as promised, but, i fail to load even a google page. The speedtest shows the speed to be be around 300 kbps or even lower. The customer care service is also worthless, they people themselves don't know what the issue is. I am extremely frustrated by their pathetic service, i am their customer from a couple of years altogether, some days go good while others go extremely poor.

                Also, they increase rate of plans at their own will, without intimating to customer. In all the time i have been their customer, their rates have peaked atleast 4-5 times. Please take suitable action against them. As the things are not so transparent, so they take illegitimate advantage of the same. My Connect number is [protected], my name is Sugandha Arora.

                Whatever you stated about bandwidth usage messages of consumption, the same also happens with me. I wonder, a person can use 4 GB of data within 4-5 hours and that message of data consumption can go from 50% to 70% within 4 hours. Irony of this world is that even after paying amount desired by them, one doesn't get good quality of service. Truly said that is, a man's greed can never end and so is true for these ridiculous companies!

                  I had disconnect my connect number[protected] on 20th July. I had paid total Rs.760/- towards full & final payment. Rs.571/- for last month bill and Rs. 189/- for July 16 - July 20.

                  I am asking for invoice from the connect on mail & call but they are not providing me the same.

                  I also submitted the equipment at their end for which I had paid Rs.1000/- at the time of installation.

                    I was a new to this connection. They didnot snd me bill of my usage and therefore i didnot pay the bill amount. I approximately use it for 2 months which will costs around 1800 rs and when there agent come to my office they tell me that i will inform co on behalf o[censored] that your connection has been cutoff. So at that pooint i believe that my connection is cut off and now they are tellimg me that u should personaaly come to ofice to disconnect the account. When i go to office after comeback from another state they tell me that u have liability of rs 2800 ie for 3 months and u shoul have to pay it

                      We are using a Connect Broadband connection Number [protected].
                      Company has given us an unlimited data plan having 4 mbps dedicated speed. But since the installation of connection we are not getting the speed as per plan. Every time technical persons close the complaint giving unsatisfactory answers. Sometimes they say Wiring needs to be changed some times they say modem needs to be replaced. Sometimes they say that this plan is not feasible in your area and change the plan to lower speed. Every time they make exuses and get the complaint closed. This company claims that we resolve all the complaints with in 4 working hours but they don't even bother to resolve the complaint in 4 working days. When we talk to technical persons they speak very rudely. We are paying around Rs.1600.00 monthly but they don't bother about the customers. These people even closes the complaint job without our consent.
                      When we request them to resolve the issue, these people say that sales team don't have technical knowledge and they even don't bother about it. Sales team is concerned only with sales nothing else. These people even say if you don't want to continue with the connection you can opt for other service providers we don't care and if you have any issue kindly don't register the complaint, visit our office at Mall Road and talk to seniors. The service of Connect Broadband is just BS.

                        I am using companies ftth wifi network and after every two days the wifi does not connect for a whole day citing technical error. This is despite of them hiking my rent by 250 in the last month all of a sudden. Helpline doesn't care when you call them. Very frustrating as i have to shell out rs one thousand extra for the mobile data so as to compensate. My work suffers because of it and if i have to fill up any application form that too takes...

                        The broadband stops working every 4 to 5 days and the complaints are attended after 2 to 3 days at rajpura. the miserable part is that when a person comes after 3 days, he simply calls a number and says: bhai mac reset kar do zara) (please reset the mac) and the thing starts working. how ridiculous that the people at their exchange or which ever internal facility he called to get the mac reset do not check any thing by themselves, and if it was such a micro fault why did it take them 3 days to check it.? by what consumer standards do they deserve broadband rent for the days when the broadband remains un-operational.

                        The person at patiala connect office when contacted says "we have an out-sourced technical service provider at rajpura, so we cannot reduce the delay period, you have to request them only". means, just pay the bills to us and go to hell for service. does that really work in this democratic setup where consumer has some rights. i think all this needs to be highlighted at ministry and media level and the recordings and chronology of such consumer un-friendly service and behaviour needs to be sent to media next time.

                          Respected sir/ madam
                          I have taken a connect broadband connection of 599 plan in february 2016 at my rented residence # 1013/2, sector 38-b, chandigarh. I had paid 1000 rs as security and installation charges. My connection number is [protected].
                          In may i shifted my residence to # 986/1, sector 41-a, chandigarh. I visited sector 35 office on 2nd may 2016 and requested to shift my connection. I was told that connection will be shifted in 2-3 days and cost 300 rs. After 4-5 days a was told that there is no dp free and connection is not possible there. At the same time a new connection is installed there. I visited office and told about it, then i was told that one connection is submitted there. I was told that my connection will be given in 2-3 days. After 2-3 days i visited again to office to ask about connection but office person told me that customer resume connection again.
                          I was told to submit my connection by submitting the device and paying the dues.
                          I asked that my connection is not shifted and you are asking me to submit dues and i also asked about 1000 rs which i given for connection.
                          I was told that my connection is still installed at my old address and rent is according to that connection. I told i am not living there and not using connection. Also after shifting i informed and requested to shift my connection at new address. But they told that this is company norm and i have to submit device and pay dues.
                          Then i visited 3 times to submit device and my connection but they refused and asked me to pay dues with device which i refused to pay.


                          Sir tell me when i am not using the connection then why company is charging every month. I paid 1000 rs for connection and used company service for 2 months. After shifting i requested to shift my connection but that is not shifted.
                          If company cannot shift connection due to technical problems then why a customer will suffer due to your poor service. Why not at your end you terminate connection due to your company issues. Why you are generating bills for a not shifted and non working connection.
                          Kindly accept my request to cancel my connection from my shifted date 01/05/2016 and cancel all the bills after my shifting date. I will submit the device at office.

                            I have logged a complaint in connect service centre Complaint No[protected] of DSLS188864 for the waiver in bill of July month because connection down more then a week. I have call them again to know the status of the complain. They told me your compliant has been resolved and a message has been sent to you on your registered mobile number. They never inform to customer what action they taken in order to resolve the complaint. I have been asked to call again on 10 Aug 2016 what could be done for that complaint. Kindly look into this matter.
