I am shubham from zirakpur from 2015 m using connect broadband and from march 2016 the service they provide was worst so didnt pay the bill and on 4 june they adjusnt paymnt of making bill from 3500 to adjustd at 1200 on 4 june 2016.

My broadband connection DSLS 139900 has been changed to [protected].But the telephone set is not installed till date. I have requested many times to customer care and appellant authority of CONNECT but the matter is still unresolved .

My internet was not working in july for 10 days. So i register a request for deduct amount of 10 days in next bill. But my bill was not deducted in next bill.
I have requested 3-4 time for deduction of amount. But they did not approve my request.

Fraud by connect zone
Company like connect zone is looting customers by sending their non technical sales boys. They offered us 750 per month and get attractive internet with unlimited calls etc etc. My wife trapped in their fraud offers. I had disconnect my connect number[protected] on 20th July. I had paid total Rs.760/- towards full & final payment. Rs.571/- for last month bill and Rs. 189/- for July 16 - July 20.

I am asking for invoice from the connect on mail & call but they are not providing me the same.

But connect customer care representative telling me to go to connect branch office for deactivation. My concern is that at the time of new connection they didnt ask me to visit their branch office, so why it is needed to visit their office on deactivation if i full filling their KYC norms.
