Quick Heal Total Security — failure of automatic antivirus updation | |||
I have purchased and installed the quick heal total security online on 23.09.2017. However it collapsed shortly after purchase and set right. However, it again collapsed on 04.01.2018 due to proximity of virus. Since then, i am contacting customer care by chatting, by calls and emails, no help is forthcoming till date. They are only providing lip service and resorting various dilatory tactics instead of addressing the problem. Perhaps, no such customer care in the world like quick heal customar/help centre which heed no attention to its customers. Whenever make a complaint they would ask key no., version no. Etc etc on daily basis and new ticket nos are being given daily without providing any solution to the problem.in the intervening period i have lost valuable data from pen drives etc. Being a clear deficiency of customer care, suitable compensation for data loss, perpetual harassment are yet to be provided to me. This may be the fate of all remaining customers. Perhaps all customers are undergoing such horrific experience in opting for a product of quick heal. Was this information helpful? | |||
