I had purchased a computer soft wire product of Quick Heal Total Security 12.00(SP1) bearing PRODUCT KEY : 0A9291W70609A1F8A297 and INSTALLATION NUMBER :[protected] and installed to my lenovo laptop but unfortunately the product key has been misplaced and used by some one in another unknown PC. Which results the functioning of above anti virus product installed to my laptop has been stopped. Request please identify the product misused by other PC because the product was purchased by me (PRAFULLA KUMAR PRADHAN) and provide the service to my laptop. I hope an early service will be provided by your company keeping in view the highest satisfaction level of a customer and stop the service that has been illegally misused.
