[Resolved]  Quick Heal Total Security — Highly dissatisfied with the product

They have incarporated so many options in Trial version, but when purchased, such facility is not available (PC tuner and Emergency CD is hidden). Not so compatable with Windows 7.

my self dibyendu bhowmick. i buy quck heal total security. but i can't remove my mobile and my pen drive viruses. and i can't send any data to these devises. please help me out. my email id is dibyendu.[protected]@gmail.com

have buyied new quick heal total security 2010, but i am getting the problem of some settings in this, online protection is getting disabled again and again i have already tryied twice to solve this problem and i am also getting the problem of DNA scan getting off again and again i have tryied this also but i getting this problem again and again i have already installed this twice.

I got good response from the customer care there were able to taka care about my query properly when i called at the customer care.

The customer care is good. But they will suggest several options so that a begener cannot follow. In Quickheal Total Security 2011, the USB drive scan progress bar is not appearing. Another unfortunate thing is if we purchase three user pack, eventhough we use one licence, the expiry date of the other licence starts from the same date. The user interface is also not so appealing. Emergency disk cant be created in this version in Windows 7 and they have still not upgraded it and still say to do it in Win XP OS.

I have recommended my friend to get QH Total Security 2010 (v 11) on his Windows 7 64 bit OS on her Dell laptop. This was on base of QH Total secutiry 2011 (v 12) I am using on my PC with XP. But it was observed that Laptop is not allowing external USB pen drives & extrernal HDD. Due to this she is having a lot of problem. We have already upgraded the same version to 2011 (v 12) and disable the option "blocking USB drive". But problem still present.

Can any body give the solution?

9 months ago i have claimed my i phone to quick heal insurance company and they are not responsing me to what to do. they are saying again and again that your payment have been settled but i didnt get my payment till date.
please help me.
