I have ordered an iphone 7 plus jet black 256gb for 35, 000 rs. On quikr bazaar, ad id:[protected] and offer id :[protected].
The order is mentioned a premium and the quikr has mentioned make offers and chatt for the order and i proceeded and chatted with them and proceeded to the payment on quikr and it mentioned a pop up screen stating "unfortunately doorstep pick up and delivery is not applicable for this ad, we recommend you may contact the seller directly for further negotiation, product purchase and transportation.

So as mentioned, i chatt with the seller directly and he told for this you have to pay me directly so,
1) the first instalment i paid 30, 000 rs. On 23/09/2017.
2) the second instalment i paid 5, 000 rs. On 24/09/2017.

And after that he sent the courier bill and then he told i had to pay 10, 000 rs extra for customer clearence charge and it will be refunded,
3) for this i paid 10, 000 rs. On 26/09/2017.

He stated the order will reach me this week and still i didnt get any update on that yet i didnt receive any courier from that side.

In below attachement i have the attached all the payment details done by me and the details displayed in quikr and detail given by the seller.

In the ad page the guys number was given as ph no : [protected]. And the guy name is arun verma.

1) so in what way you can help me and proceed to the steps and action to be taken.
2) as stated in quikr i have done every thing so neither i need the money back nor i need the consignment which i have ordered.
