[Resolved] Quikr — authentic seller posting fake ads | |||
I had seen an add on quickr for a ps4 pro console which was selling at 20, 000. I texted the seller and also spoke to him and i decided to purchase it. I was asked to transfer half the money initially and the other half closer to delivery. When i transferred the other half as well the seller started demanding more money saying the product is stuck in the airport and that he is unable to clear it. He requested a sum of 18, 500 extra from the already paid 20k amount. When i refused to pay that amount he said he will not be able to provide the refund nor will he give me the product. Name of the seller: s. Sailo Number provided in the ad: [protected] He said he is from mumbai. Bank details: Nane: s. Sailo, a/c no: [protected], ifscode: sbin0005135, branch: laban howell road, bank name: state bank of india. I have lost 25k in the process. 20k for the console, 5k on the controller.
