Dear sir, I have ordered for a nikon camera mod D810 with 24-140 lens through quikr.com to a company named AUDIO T ELECTRONICS in delhi. at a cost of Rs.115000.00. They wanted me to pay Rs10000 .00 for courier charges and balance against delivery at door. We have sent the amount as required by him. Further they wanted us to pay Rs.29100.00 for customs clearance immediately to a unknown courier company. As we found it doubtful we did not pay and asked for refund. There is no reply as of now. We also feel that Quikr should have a scrutiny dept which should verify the authenticity of any seller, and they should ask for ID proof like PAN card, Registered business sales tax vat, Tin nos, Proof of address ect, before allowing any one to advertise for sale of their product. They should also provide a list of doubtful suppliers in their website. We also found that most of the ads for sale for electronics goods and cars are of fraud in nature. They lure buyers by promising brand new high value goods with original warranty at very less cost. If required we could send you a list of suspicious suppliers. We couldn't believe that Quikr is unaware of these kind of ads. Simply cautioning buyers to verify the authenticity is an eyewash and to escape legal action. Quikr can't be so irresponsible. People buy because of their confidence in Quikr. We are ashamed that we have fallen prey to such fraud because of our greediness and innocence. Dear Sir, I did my online transactions through HDFC credit card to ICICI bank For Rs.1, 300/- Dated :[protected]. To Put my add in Quikr.com & Its been Committed me that u r add subscription is for 90days. But unfortunately they have given us a False commitment. After doing the transactions to Quikr.com. When i called up for my add details. They said the payable add package is for 30days & rest for 60 days is free add package . When i spoke to them they said the add package is for 90 days. Kindly refund my amount asap. When i spoke to customer care Head Office which is Mumbai And they have given me a complaint no : 809999. But after doing all this there is no response from their side. Hi, Greetings! This mail is regarding the recent add in quikr for nike Airmax shoe.please refer the below link for add. The dealer initially asked me to pay 1700 for purchase that shoe on 7-May-2015 . i said that i will deposit 1000 rs and will pay the rest of the money once i received that product. and he okay with that. once i paid the 1000 rs he suddenly asked me to pay rest of the 700rs immediately. I trusted him and i transferred(deposited) the rest of the money . then he said that i would receive that product on before Friday[protected].But so far i didnt received that product.and he not even responding my call. he simply blocked my number in whatsapp. This clearly shows that he is fraud.Making people fool. Wrok from anywhere in india means u can contact any person like lic agent.. why you people are re-categorizing it from "PART TIME WORK/JOB" to HOME BASE WORK.. continuously you had done this for 3rd time.. this is my 6th mail to u people .. weeks ago i found an add for part time job (category-waiter, 5&6 hr work, pay-500 to 800 per day) i worked for few days but he didn't pay me yet. i don't understand how Quikr verify which one is genuine add? because there is alots of complaints. and by any mistake if such things happen i hope there is some procedures to help users. before i go to police i thought it would be nice n easy if you guys solve my problem. The keeps deleting ads if you do not convert to premium. Also the preium ads are on rotation basis and your ad will hardly display out of 100s of other premium ads. They have a move to top option for every ad - but they control this option arbitrarily. Some ads of my competitors always stick to 4 - 5th spots on services / computer category page but my ad never shows up even after i move it to top every hour. I suspect manipulation by operators to favor some ad posters - for whatever reason i dont know.

I have bought a mobile from quikr. The product was not working properly. So I returned the product through professional courier. The product was delivered April 1st week. Till now money is not yet refunded. Whenever I call quikr customer care they postpone the refund date. Their way of communication is not good. Product amount = Rs 13000 Courier charge = Rs 260 Total amount = Rs 13260 Kindly help me to get the refund amount.

But when I started getting those messages from quikr then I came to know about it and I had reported as misuse by replying on the given number. But still I am continuously getting those messages. I bought mobile phone from quikr.com worth rs11, 700.00 rs. but when I inserted sim card it was not detecting hence as per company policy I returned the phone within a week and they said that your amount will be debited in your account within 10 days. I contacted after 10 days when I didnt get my money, till the date I didnt get it and henever I try to call they always reply within 2 days you will get but many weeks has been gone and till the date I cant see my money. They kept my phone and money also. they are not replying properly.

Dear Quikr Team, I came across an advertisement (Ad ID:[protected] posted on your site for a 1BHK rent apartment available in Malad-West by a broker. When contacted, the broker stated that he has given incorrect details and that the flat is available in other location. I figured out later that this is his ploy to entice customers and get their contact information for himself when they call to enquire about the ad posted by him/them. Posting incorrect details on your website should be considered as an act to fraud and misguiding the other end of the customer population. If you fail to take action against such unethical and fraudulent ads being posted on your site, people like me who look to your site for an honest deal will start loosing faith and will no longer trust even the genuine ads posted there. I understand that it is out of your reach to verify each and every details, but failure to take action with such individuals and not barring them from posted any further ads will only give rise to mistrust and dissatisfaction to your customers. I posted a premium Ad, Ad ID:[protected] on[protected] [Premium Ad pack (Pack Id:79874)]. I paid Rs.3871 for this premium pack which includes service for 3 months/10 Ads. Quikr website did not give an option to chose a package which includes one Ad per month. Right from 4th of March2015, i've been trying to contact quikr customer care support to convert my package to 1 Ad/month and get a refund of the remaining amount. customer number kept disconnecing. So I sent an email on[protected] as attached. No response to that email till date. I raised 2 support tickets via quikr.com, Support Tickets[#138594, 290842], no response till date. So I called the customer care number again on 7th March, and the representative said someone from the Premium package department will call me. No calls till date. I called again today[protected] and the representative said she'll arrange for a call back in one hour. I did not get a call in one hour's time. I called back again and another representative said I need to call the escalation dept and he gave me another number. I called that number and told the representative that i'm calling to get my money refunded, immediately she said she'll arrange for a call back from an account manager. I was stubborn to talk to a manager and finally a team lead came on call, saying refund is not possible and he said premium package is non-refundable. It is not even a week's time that i'm asking for a refund but quikr.com says they cannot refund. This is cheating. I'm sure many people are being cheated like this. All i want is charge me for one month/pre ad and refund the remaining amount. I'm not sure why is it so complicated. Their customer service executives are trained well to make the customers run in circles if they talk about refund. This is highly frustrating. This is not a small amount. I lost Rs.3871. Quikr is sucking innocent people's money and growing its business. I lost my money, i didnt get good customer service, my Ad is tagged as "Urgent", but I paid for "Premium". Altogether i lost everything. Please someone look into this complaint immediately. This is really serious. I got a call from quikr on 10th March saying my money will be refunded and they would send a cheque of Rs.3481, I gave my name and address as requested. I first don't understand why should I go through this old cheque model. why not online money transfer? I don't understand why the hell quikr keeps complicating things and make people go mad who requests for refund. All other vendors do online money transfer for refunds. This is just one other eye wash that quikr does to escape from refunds. After a long struggle I got representative from quikr to send me an email with the details she collected from me to process the cheque. All those details were wrong. She said details will be corrected and I would get, my cheque on 25th Mar2015 but i haven't got my cheque nor tracking number for the courier that was sent. So this is still going on and no one wants to take any action on quikr. But i will not leave this as such. I'm taking this to cybercrime department
