[Resolved]  Quikr — bought a refurbished mobile got a mobile of rear camera defect

Bought a refurbished oneplus 3 mobile and it's rear camera is not working i called them for return of mobile they said me to send mail including the photos of bill and mobile i have done it but there is no response from 4 days i need mobile replacement or my money back, i tried to call them regarding the complaint but no reply and no response from them. It is worst to buy from quikr site. They are also fake as many other sites.
