[Resolved] Quikr — certified mobile in excellent condition was order but mobile was totally waisted | |||
I ordered certified mobile phone in excellent condition on 14th august 2017 and it was delivered on 19th aug 2017 but the product was totally damage and not working as well as there are lots of scratches on the device no network connectivity, battery problem or device problem that no idea because cell phone getting on/off on/off several times automatically and there is no battery back-up. Device always show not registered on network even i have already changed sim card from vodafone center. So product was very costly and it is totally waist as i called in quikr to ask about 07 days replacement warranty or refund then they said it will take 10 to 15 days. It means there is also wastage of time as well. Overall that is very bad experience till the time. Was this information helpful? | |||
