Sir, This is Rehan. Yesterday i received quikr doorstep delivery certified mobile blackberry 9630 order I'd. (ODDEL-217669-M3BD) I ordered it in good condition but after unbox the phone i find out so many scratches on screen, volume up and power key not work properly, very hard to press and edges are cracked. Battery is almost dead, phone restarting automatically, The major issue is power button not work max of the time that's why i cant use it. I think it is not even in acceptable condition.tried everything to reach quikr but they are not responding at all. Sent many email no response from quikr, not picking up call.. Quikr is just playing with customers I sent almost all details to quikr sent many email with all screenshots and even product issue videos still no response from quikr. Its very frustrating that problem has not been solved but it is marked as resolved by quikr. This consumer complaints site is also full of fake and scam
