[Resolved] Quikr — complaint for refund | |||
I placed an order for yu yureka black on quikr.com at rs. 3435.00 plus rs. 206.00 for additional guarantee on 14th august 2018. It's price changed by the time i placed order. Then i cancelled the order and placed another order. There was an information at that time that the refund would be made within 4 to 7 business days. But i haven't received the same till now. I had sent 3 emails on 25/8, 27/8 and 1/9 to "[protected]@quikr.com". I got the reply only for the first email mentioning that they would contact me within 24 hours, but nobody contacted. And i sent another email on 3rd september on "[protected]@quikr.com", nobody responded. I need my money back. Name : sudheer kumar t. S.
