[Resolved] Quikr — Delay /non receipt of funds | |||||
Dear sir//madam my name is naveen, I sold my phone (iphone 6 16 gb) through quikr doorstep on 18-Jan-2017 (wednesday) which was picked by Quikr executive. I was guaranteed a price of 20, 727, no payment was done on the spot, I was told that Quikr transfers amount o[censored]pto rs.20, 000 only through paytm and beyond 20, 000 payment will be done by online transfer to bank account. I am provided with an invoice of rs.20, 727 and was promised payment to bank by saturday of that week (i.e. 21-Jan-2017). I have updtaed them my bank details to the mail id provided by quikr. I didnot receive the payment of rs.20, 727 as promised by quikr on saturday..When I spoke to the customer care executive on saturday they informed me that accounts section will be not be working on saturdays and sundays and my payment will be made on monday. When I called the customer care support on Monday (23-Jan-2017) they are saying that I did not provide my bank details. I have an entire record of the mails I sent to quikr and the invoice provided by Quikr. Kindly look into the issue and help me get my payment done at an earliest.
