[Resolved]  Quikr — delivery issue

I have purchased a sofa"comfortable sofa 3+2" with ad id:[protected] on 6th april 2018. Expected delivery date was 7 april 2018. Then they rescheduled the pickup from seller. Delivery date changed to 8th april 2018. Not again no pickup happened yesterday (8th april 2018). Again they rescheduled on 9th april 2018 but i got the same result and no pickup happened on 9th april 2018 (Today) from seller.
Now again recieved message from quicker that we have rescheduled pickup. And it's not showing any delivery date in tracking status. What the hell is going on. First time ever i am experiencing the worst service. You guys are mentally torturing me. I postponed whole my plans for 3 days (Saturday, sunday and monday) due to expected product delivery.
If you are not able to provide service you guys should stopped and shut down your business. Even i took off from office on monday 9th april 2018. Who is going to pay interest to me as already paid product amount.
I want my loss back and going raised police case that my product didn't deliver by quicker and putting case in consumer forum that mentally harrased by quicker.
Customer care is even worse, not able to give any information of the product but saying just to wait.
Called customer care many times they are just giving excuses to drop my call. No action taken to my complaint.
