[Resolved] Quikr — Didn't get applicable cash back as per quikr mail | |||||
Hi Team, I got a mail from quikr team(50% cash back, max Rs. 2500/ if i pay through paytm account). and offer is valid from 9-dec-2016 to 20-Dec-2016. Based on above offer, i have purchased a item worth of Rs. 7800/- from quikr and paid the amount through paytm account. I waited till 20th-Dec-2016. but didn't get cash back. From 21st-Dec-2016, i am regularly take follow with one of your employee( from which i got a mail).But everyday He/She say by EOD you will get the cash back. Yesterday when i had a call with Him/her, then they told me that i have to contact with Paytm(But i didn't get any mail from paytm regarding cash back, so on what bases i raise query. Even also i raised a query and got a reply that i have to contact to quikr to the same) Yesterday(26-Dec-2016), i called quikr customer care, they told me that they escalate the matter and i'll get applicable (rs 2500/-) cash back. On regular follow up, i am not getting any response from quikr. Its seem that by this way, quikr cheating with customer and doing their profit. Please do some needful so that i can get my cash back amount as per quikr mail. Was this information helpful? | |||||
