[Resolved] Quikr — different configuration and poor quality laptop delivered

I have bought a dell xps 9550 laptop from quikr on 08 june 2018. But dell latitude 6400 delivered on 11 june 2018. Which is in very bad shape, it's configuration are very low, in quikr ad a different product is shown and very cheap laptop is delivered by charging for dell xps 9550 laptop. And quikr customer care is wrost in handling the case they are not listening to complaint and forcing me to accept a forged laptop.

Wrong product delivered with damages

I had ordered a 3 door wardrobe, for which assembling was required as the seller had de assembled it, and had done the payment for it but did not receive the service for 3 days and counting. Very bad service as they don't respond to calls in customer care and divert the call and it ends .

I saw a ad on quikr, advertiser has updated a whatsapp number to buy the product. We had conversation on whatsapp. He asked to pay the money to deliver the product. After the completion payment, he is not even replying. The product not received.

I paid before delivery as shown picture in ad and dealing through quikr and option in buying advance payment
i believe that i will receive product as detail given in ad but seller not given item as per detail given in ad.
This is fraud with me do not paid to seller before solve my problem.
